Non credevo a Siena si potesse trovare la vera pinsa romana preparata così bene e buonissima.
Ottimo impasto, leggero e digeribilissimo, ben condite e con ingredienti di grandissima qualità. Ottimo gli antipasti e veramente degni di nota anche i dolci, buonissimi.
Servizio cortese e gentile, da tornarci sicuramente, complimenti

I did not believe in Siena you could find the real Roman pinsa prepared so well and delicious.
Excellent dough, light and highly digestible, well seasoned and with ingredients of the highest quality. The appetizers are excellent and the desserts are really noteworthy, very good.
Courteous and kind service, definitely worth going back, congratulations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing pinsa's! We strolled through the town in the evening and that restaurant caught our eye when we first passed by it. So we returned in the evening to finally test it and we were pleasantly surprised! Portions are huge and tasty! If you're a small eater and your partner too, take only one pinsa, it will be enough. It was not expensive at all and the ambiance was top notch in the evening as it's in a little street of the old town, illuminated by garlands so very picturesque. Personel was very professional and sympathetic.
