★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem, just outside the main popular streets of Siena! Here we found great typical and genuine food, for a fair price. When you enter you would not guess that, but below the small stairs there's a cute and cosy dining room. The girls are really friendly and willing to help your way through their tasty dishes! Really happy and looking forward for the next visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we were there for early lunch (before 12) and chose some excellent pork fillet and stuffed turkey, and also chestnut past and lasagna con pesto and steamed veggies. it was all wonderful. lunch is self service. the lady was very kind and pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I had the most amazing dinner here! Being our first time in Tuscany, we were eager to try steak florentine at some point on our trip. We had read good reviews from this restaurant and as you can see from the photos, we were not disappointed with our choice! The menu was handwritten and also included a lot of daily specials. We just couldn’t resist going for a full three course meal, so we also tried a pasta to start, a dessert to share afterwards and a bottle of local red wine. All was equally as good as the steak! The staff were friendly and seemed genuinely pleased with how happy we were with our meals. Hands down the best dining experience we have had so far on our road trip around Tuscany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived late in Siena and popped in here for dinner. It was absolutely delicious!! The warm reception walking in was notable. When I was seated in the cosy dining area I was served a brilliant bowl of carbonara with homemade pasta! I couldn't resist the fried artichokes (carciofi fritti) which were light and crunchy. I could have easily repeated that meal 100 times, if only I had more time in Siena! Grazie mille !
