I had an outstanding focaccia with capicollo and local pecorino. The staff was sort nice and friendly and gave me great advice. The price was also good and I ate the sandwich while walking wrong Siena. Great find on the way to piazza del campo

Let´s start with positives: very good service (waiter was nice and professional) and good meal. But then... when we want to pay - about 15EUR higher paymet (on 52EUR receipt)! Charged extra controri, instead of two primi piatti there were two secondi piatti, another wine. We have complained about the receipt but the owner (probably) was wannabe funny, arrogant. I do not recommend - deliberate faking!

We had the best restaurant experience here during our three days stay in Siena! We accidentally found this place and when we visited around 9pm, it was packed and there was no empty table . We went back with a reservation. May not need to make reservations for around 6-7pm as it wad pretty empty, but if you come from after 7-8pm, better to make a reservation than be sorry. Place gets filled with locals and tourists! We requested for a reservation via email we found on their website. They responded within a couple of hours! We had tagliatelle with pinci and one of today’s special — baby octopus stew. (They had more specials on the board inside the restaurant). Both of the dishes were very good!! The prices are reasonable for the size (portion is not super huge, but you get the quality food!). The tagliatelle fresh noodle was also nice. The olive oil they used for bread slices was so fresh and fragrant — one of the best I had at a restaurant in Italy! The dessert was interestingly good — chewy, sweet, nutty. Wished I could tolerate alcohol so I could try their wine as well. Basically our overall impression is that whatever you get here will satisfy you because they care about the quality of their food and their customers’ satisfaction! They greeted us with smile and upbeat energy and made us feel welcomed the entire time. It was one of the best customer services we’ve experienced in Italy. Whether you’re looking for pasta, steak, exotic traditional dishes, if you’re looking for a real good, authentic Italian food experiences, would strongly recommend this place :)

Very down-to-earth feel to this place, and it’s definitely not a tourist trap. The guys running the place were very kind and genuine and seemed to enjoy what they are doing, and service was extremely welcoming. Food was very well made and seasoned, and the prices were quite cheap actually. Highly recommended.

Nice discovery in the center of Siena. Amazing food, everything traditional and tasteful, proper Italian hospitality and super honest prices for the quality they offer!

One the best places I've even been for lunch period. The food is great, simple but delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. The prices for the food are more than fair. You can't do much better to eat in Siena and for the cost it's impossible. Perfect authentic Italian Osteria.

Delicious starters, main course and wine in a beautiful street in Siena. Very helpful/cheerful staff. Highly recommended.
