K	Kriss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio la struttura in quanto la visita medico sportiva effettuata è risultata sbrigativa, superficiale e inutile. Effettuata la medesima visita in altra struttura, tutt'altro livello. Voto nettamente al di sotto dellz sufficienza. I do not recommend the structure as the sports medical examination carried out was hasty, superficial and useless. The same visit was carried out in another structure, on a completely different level. I vote clearly below the sufficiency.

Bad service. A whole week to call to make an appointment and no one answers. Even to emails. Better to go somewhere else.

Prenotato 7gg. prima visita per rilascio idoneità sportiva agonista, non mi ha avvisato nessuno per ricordare appuntamento, neanche sms di promemoria. Ambiente molto molto asettico, con pareti bianche, sterile, privo di sensazioni visive stimolanti. Arrivato 10min in anticipo allo sportello 4, attendo 5min per la receptionist, molto sbrigativa controlla documenti e chiede 75 caffè (come peraltro sapevo, a Milano la mia società sportiva ha convenzione a 45 caffè). Poi mi reco al 1piano, mi chiedono contenitore urine da me dimenticato e chiedo se per la cifra pagata non hanno un contenitore (?!?) Visita medico sportivo sbrigativa, elettrocardiogramma serio, otorino sbrigativo. Al termine mi reco di corsa presso farmacia nelle vicinanze x contenitore urine pagato 1 caffè. Consegno il contenitore al piano, finalmente dopo in totale 1ora esco insoddisfatto dal Centro. Per concludere con il posteggio interno pagato 3 caffè, senza alcuna convenzione con il Campus. Totale speso 80 caffè. Pessima esperienza da non ripetere? Today I went to this outpatient campus for the first time. Booked 7 days. first visit to release agonist sports fitness, no one warned me to remind me of the appointment, not even a reminder sms. Very very aseptic environment, with white walls, sterile, devoid of stimulating visual sensations. Arrived 10min early at counter 4, I wait 5min for the receptionist, very hasty checks documents and asks for 75 coffees (as I knew, in Milan my sports club has an agreement with 45 cafes). Then I go to the 1st floor, they ask me a container of urine that I have forgotten and I ask if they do not have a container for the amount paid (?!?) Hasty sports doctor visit, serious electrocardiogram, hasty ENT. At the end I run to a nearby pharmacy x urine container paid for 1 coffee. I deliver the container to the floor, finally after a total of 1 hour I leave the Center dissatisfied. To conclude with the internal paid parking 3 coffees, without any agreement with the Campus. Total spent 80 coffees. Bad experience not to be repeated?
C	Chiara Sartori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonato alle ore 11.30, avevo il numero 3, non mi ha risposto nessuno per un ora...hanno chiuso il centro senza nemmeno degnarsi di dirmi di richiamare....riprovo nel pomeriggio, numero 9, dopo oltre mezz'ora divento la prossima ad essere collegata con l'operatore...ho atteso un'altra mezz'ora... servizio scandaloso...alla fine ho messo giù e chiamato un altro centro.... A	Anne Leone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver dovuto prenotare settimane in anticipo e aver pure accettato un appuntamento in orario scolastico, quindi dovuto tenere a casa il figlio dalla scuola non me l' hanno visitato (per il certificato del medico sportivo) perchè c'era solo la nonna e non un genitore presente (con tutta la necessaria documentazione). Un'informazione che sarebbe stato utilissimo da ricevere al telefono prendendo l'appuntamento! Non ci ritorneremo sicuramente mai più! After having had to book weeks in advance and also having accepted an appointment during school hours, therefore having had to keep the child at home from school, they did not visit me (for the sports doctor's certificate) because there was only the grandmother and not a parent present (with all necessary documentation). Information that would have been very useful to receive on the phone by taking the appointment! We will definitely never go back!

Stamattina mi presento all ora e data comunicata per telefono dalla segretaria e mi sento dire che non ho nessun appuntamento facendomi passare per fessa !!!!! Tra L altro visita sotto sforzo e mi sento dire al sabato non le facciamo …stiamo scherzando ??! Cambiate lavoro care segretarie…….,”che la gente non è tutta stupida … Booked a month ago for the sport visit.
