Sono le 17:20 e ancora non riesco a parlare con operatore, non è la prima volta che succede, ho fatto presente del disagio ma vedo che non interessa più di tanto.
Farò le mie valutazioni se andare via..
Bad answering machine, I'm trying to call from 15:15 I put on hold with the answering machine, my turn arrives and the line drops, X5 consecutive times.
It is 5:20 pm and I still cannot speak to the operator, it is not the first time this has happened, I have mentioned the discomfort but I see that it does not matter that much.
I will do my assessments if I go away ..
