Con tutta la gente che c'è in giro che vorrebbe lavorare e forse lo farebbe meglio, più selezione di gentilezza e competenza per gli operatori del cup!!!! Sta di fatto che grazie agli operatori/operatrici del cup io non ho prenotato alcuna visita con voi e neanche la prenoterò. Staff answering the phone rude to the max !!!!! M	Michela Orezzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura comoda a piedi o in macchina,dotata di parcheggio con prezzi nella media.troppo bianco all interno da mettere in soggezione...ma in compenso personale gentile e disponibile...rispondono alle mail.e sono attente alle esigenze.tempi d attesa decisamente brevi rispetto ad altre strutture. Comfortable structure on foot or by car, equipped with parking with average prices. Too white inside to be intimidating ... but on the other hand kind and helpful staff ... decidedly short compared to others structures.

Salta la prima.. posticipata di una settimana avvisandomi la sera prima (chiamata con messaggio in segreteria alle17.15, considerate che la visita era l'indomani alle 8 del mattino)...corsi poi ai ripari con referto in giornata (su mio sollecito) il giorno dell'esame.. Tocca alla seconda.. non ho potuto farla.. perché a loro dire prima avevo sbagliato sede,dopo 4 chiacchere allo sportello, la sede era giusta ma l'orario era prima da quella che avevo annotato..mah! Però se volevo privatamente il medico era ancora in sede e disponibile.. mai più.... By phone I made 2 appointments for 2 different visits on 2 different days ... Skip the first one .. postponed by a week notifying me the night before (call with message on the answering machine at 5.15 pm, considering that the visit was the next day at 8 am) ... then I ran for cover with the same day report (on my reminder) on the day of the exam. It's up to the second .. I could not do it .. because they say I was in the wrong location before, after 4 chat at the counter, the location was right but the time was earlier than the one I had written down .. mah! But if I wanted privately the doctor was still on site and available .. never again....

Appuntamento per visita ottenuto in tempi rapidi. A mio parere sarebbe molto più funzionale che avessero un parcheggio di loro proprietà e gratuito adibito ai pazienti che devono recarsi presso ambulatorio. Un po' caotica e lenta la gestione delle varie visite e prenotazioni alla reception. Il medico che ho incontrato però era preparato e attento, per una svista sul referto (errore di battitura) sono stata anche contattata telefonicamente (mezz'ora dopo) per un chiarimento.
