G	Giacomo Varini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza. Ho prenotato la visita per le 13:30 ma ho dovuto cancellare i miei impegni poichè sono stato visitato alle 15. Durante l’attesa medici e segretaria (magari solo stressata per il ritardo, ma che ho trovato un po’ indisponente) non sono riusciti nemmeno a mettersi d’accordo sulle scuse: ritardi aerei da una parte, computer guasti dall’altra. Sulla visita nulla da dire: medico cordiale e competente. Terminata la visita ho chiesto di pagare con il bancomat ma mi hanno detto che non era possibile e che sarei dovuto andare a prelevare (sostenendo che al telefono mi avessero avvisato). Dopo essermi mostrato vistosamente seccato per il loro atteggiamento, la signorina della reception ha magicamente trovato un POS funzionante, mi ha fatto pagare con il bancomat il prezzo intero della visita e si è scusata per il ritardo. I ritardi possono capitare (mi è successo più volte di aspettare diversi minuti per una visita), ma la situazione è stata gestita in maniera pessima dal personale del centro medico! Bad experience. I booked the visit for 1:30 pm but I had to cancel my schedule as I was visited at 3pm. During the wait, doctors and secretary (maybe just stressed by the delay, but which I found a bit annoying) were unable to even agree on an apology: flight delays on one side, broken computers on the other. Nothing to say about the visit: friendly and competent doctor. After the visit I asked to pay with an ATM but they told me that it was not possible and that I would have to go and collect (claiming that they had notified me on the phone). After being conspicuously annoyed by their attitude, the young lady from the reception magically found a working POS, charged me the full price of the visit with the ATM and apologized for the delay. Delays can happen (I've had to wait several minutes for a visit several times), but the situation was handled very badly by the medical center staff!

Da alcuni giorni attendo una risposta dalle segretarie, telefono per chiedere spiegazioni ma nel rispondermi sono state indisponenti (premetto che sono una persona anziana) ... E così mi sono rivolta ad un altro Centro dove sono stati molto cordiali. The doctors are competent and professional, the cause of only 1 star is addressed to the employees of the Center. For a few days I have been waiting for an answer from the secretaries, I telephone to ask for explanations but in answering me they were annoying (I state that I am an elderly person) .. And so I turned to another Center where they were very friendly.

La struttura è pulita ed accessibile anche ai disabili. Ascensore. Situata al 1° Piano all'interno del cortile. Medical center coordinated by an excellent medical director. The cardiologist dr. Le norme sono uguali per tutti! The doctors are competent and professional, especially the doctor who deals with pediatrics !! the cause of only 1 star is addressed to the employee of the Center, it is not right to let them enter as a couple and not ask for the greenpass only for friendship favoritism. The rules are the same for everyone!

Anche un semplice esame del sangue può rivelarsi "storia complessa". Orari non rispettati, difficoltà ad ottenere i referti e addirittura in una occasione abbiamo dovuto ripetere gli esami per cause imprecisate. Il servizio non è sicuramente all'altezza dei prezzi applicati. Su altre piazze più competitive rispetto ad Arona, Sinergie non avrebbe lunga vita. Se l'obiettivo era farmi tornare alla sanità pubblica...ci siete riusciti! The organizational level of the medical center would seriously need a major overhaul. Even a simple blood test can turn out to be a "complex story". Times not respected, difficulties in obtaining the reports and even on one occasion we had to repeat the exams for unspecified reasons. The service is definitely not up to par with the prices charged. In other more competitive squares than in Arona, Sinergie would not have a long life. If the goal was to get me back to public health ... you did it!
