Ho inoltre notato che se si chiama per prenotare una visita in convenzione con un fondo assicurativo non ti rispondono MAI, se invece si prenota in regime privato rispondono dopo lunghissima attesa. Spero che le numerose recensioni negative servano a far cambiare questa pessima gestione delle prenotazioni Very long times on the phone to book, and often hang up without even answering. V	Valeria Franceschini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da sconsigliare, tempi di attesa lunghissimi, al telefono non risponde mai nessuno e se rispondono ti lasciano in attesa per un'altra mezz'ora...però se devi fare una visita privata allora si sono gentili e veloci ti rispondo subito...ma che servizio è il vostro!! Absolutely not recommended, very long waiting times, no one ever answers on the phone and if they answer they leave you waiting for another half hour ... but if you have to make a private visit then they are kind and quick I will answer you immediately .. .but what a service is yours !!

In seguito ho lettto le recensioni google e forse è stato meglio che non sia riuscita a prenotare. They are so disorganized that despite repeated attempts and long waits I have not even been able to book. I later read the google reviews and maybe it was better that I couldn't book.

Durante la terza telefonata ho atteso la bellezza di 31 minuti e 50 dopodichè avete VOI chiuso la telefonata. Ritengo sia un comportamento riprovevole. Dopo 40 minuti trascorsi vedendolo ricevere pazienti senza numeretto (suoi conoscenti), scherzare beatamente e conversare amabilmente circa le sue vicende di vita privata con questi, me ne vado molto educatamente. Questi parassiti dal reddito a sei zeri dovrebbero vergognarsi di professare. Tengo a far presente che 40 minuti di vita del "dottore" valgono circa 150 euro. I miei (40 minuti a cui sommare il tempo degli spostamenti) mi sono stati sottratti in modo vile, senza alcun rimborso. Ringrazio quindi Euganea per avermi fatto perdere diverse ore della mia esistenza che nessuno mi ridarà mai. After 40 minutes spent seeing him receiving patients without numeretto (his acquaintances), joking blissfully and conversing amiably about his private life events with them, I leave very politely. These six-figure income pests should be ashamed to profess. I would like to point out that 40 minutes of the "doctor" life are worth about 150 euros. Mine (40 minutes to add the travel time) were stolen from me in a vile way, without any refund. So I thank Euganea for making me lose several hours of my existence that no one will ever give me back. L	Loretta De Vettori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sera mio marito aveva un esame prenotato per le 19.15.. eravamo in ritardo di qualche minuto, naturalmente avevo provato a chiamare per avvisare ma dopo le 19 interrompono le comunicazioni e non si può più parlare con nessuno.. arrivati all'accettazione l'operatrice ci dice che il dottore è appena andato via fregandosene bellamente che aveva in lista un paziente , senza avvisare la segreteria di chiamarci ..magari venivamo anche da lontano ?!?... professionalità 0 sotto 0.. mai più !!!! Last night my husband had an exam booked for 7.15pm .. we were a few minutes late, of course I tried to call to warn them but after 7pm they cut off communications and you can no longer talk to anyone .. operator tells us that the doctor has just gone away not giving a damn that he had a patient on the list, without notifying the secretariat to call us .. maybe we even came from afar?!? ... professionalism 0 below 0 .. never again !!!!
