S	Sara Grubanov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio fortemente il nutrizionista, soprattutto per le donne gravide che si rivolgono al poliambulatorio con richieste specifiche. Da notare che le diete NON sono personalizzate, bensi’ si ottiene un foglio con delle linee guida generiche su come si mangia che, peraltro, non seguono nemmeno il regime alimentare del paziente (e.g. vegetariano). Ho segnalato la questione al poliambulatorio che mi ha promesso una risposta concreta quando la persona di riferimento tornera’ dalle ferie… Il fatto e’ successo a settembre dell’anno scorso e pare che la persona sia ancora in ferie (??). --- For my JRC Ispra colleagues. I do not recommend this place, if you need more info I'd be glad to share them with you. I strongly advise against the nutritionist, especially for pregnant women who turn to the clinic with specific requests. It should be noted that diets are NOT personalized, but rather you get a sheet with generic guidelines on how to eat that, however, do not even follow the patient's diet (e.g. vegetarian). I reported the matter to the clinic which promised me a concrete answer when the contact person returns from vacation ... The fact happened in September last year and it seems that the person is still on vacation (??). --- For my JRC Ispra colleagues. P	Pierpaolo Cira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'azienda raggiungibile telefonicamente solo chiamando un numero di cellulare in cui, nella migliore delle ipotesi risponde una voce automatica che ti mette in attesa e dopo un po' dice "servizio non disponibile" e aggancia. Le altre volte invece risponde direttamente TIM. Sito internet in "piccola manutenzione" e unica possibilità per contattarli quel cellulare non funzionante. Dopo 10 giorni di tentativi in queste condizioni, trattandosi di salute, mi sono dovuto rivolgere altrove. Un telefono con segreteria telefonica o un'email avrebbero almeno dimostrato l'intenzione di essere interessati a prendere le chiamate. Spero un giorno ritorni tutto a funzionare a dovere. A company reachable by phone only by calling a mobile number where, at best, an automatic voice answers that puts you on hold and after a while says "service not available" and hangs up. The other times, instead, TIM answers directly. Website in "minor maintenance" and the only possibility to contact them is that broken cell phone. After 10 days of trying in these conditions, being health, I had to go elsewhere. A phone with an answering machine or an email would at least show that they are interested in taking calls. I hope one day everything will work properly again.
