Purtroppo questa cordialità non l'ho ricevuta nel vostro store.
Qualche giorno fa sono stato servito dietro mia richiesta dalla sig.na Nadia, la quale era impegnata in diatribe sterili con un'altra collega, che peraltro le suggeriva di moderare il tono di voce. Ho riscontrato un atteggiamento arrogante e superficiale nei miei riguardi. Peccato perché conosco la qualità dei vostri prodotti ma sono stato indotto ad uscire a mani vuote!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispetto per il lavoro altrui, ma quando si è al contatto con il pubblico c'è bisogno di cortesia e gentilezza; cosa che purtroppo manca alla signora Nadia. nonostante io abbia acquistato dei meravigliosi prodotti non sono stata accolta in cassa nel migliore dei modi perché avrò fatto qualche domanda di troppo mentre lei era intenta allo schermo del PC. Mi complimento invece con le altre ragazze dello staff per avermi saputa consigliare al meglio.
