Personalmente ho ristrutturato tutta la casa con i prodotti iperceramica e ne sono rimasto più che soddisfatto. Excellent experience at the Marcianise shop, friendly and efficient staff in solving problems. Personally, I renovated the whole house with hyperceramic products and I was more than satisfied with them. Truly congratulations to the guys who are always ready and available for advice and guidance in choosing. Highly recommended!

Purtroppo la noia con cui il personale addetto ci ha risposto ci ha fatto cambiare completamente idea. Abbiamo ricevuto solo risposte secche "si, no, non c'è, non si può fare" senza ulteriori spiegazioni. Probabilmente abbiamo disturbato la loro conversazione privata. Pessima esperienza.
We came to this shop with high expectations and furthermore decided to buy several items. Unfortunately, the boredom with which the staff answered us made us completely change our mind. We only got dry replies "yes, no, there isn't, can't be done" with no further explanation. We probably disrupted their private conversation. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordine fatto ad ottobre 2021, settimana scorsa chiamano per il ritiro. Prima fanno pagare il saldo di ben 227 euro oltre acconto di 50,00 . Poi mandano nel magazzino a ritirare il lavabo. Risultato: il lavabo non è cemento ma presenta delle striature che lo fanno apparire come rovinato e danno un effetto completamente diverso. Si rifiutano di restituire i soldi ( nonostante l'evidente differenza). Dicono di fare reclamo ed obbligano al ritiro. Facciamo reclamo e la risposta di stamane è che la differenza è normale. Giudicate voi se si può accettare un prodotto in vetrina senza striature consegnato con evidenti differenze di cromatura e striature su tutta la superficie ( sembra scambiato).
Pessima attenzione al cliente ve lo sconsiglio assolutamente, veramente vergognoso costringere un cliente in buona fede a comprare un prodotto che non vuole.
Allego le foto del prodotto in vetrina e le foto del prodotto oggi. Non comprate in questo shop. Mai vista una cosa simile. MAI.
Order placed in October 2021, last week they call for collection. First they charge the balance of 227 euros plus a deposit of 50.00. Then they send to the warehouse to collect the sink. Result: the washbasin is not concrete but has streaks that make it appear damaged and give a completely different effect. They refuse to return the money (despite the obvious difference). They say to make a complaint and oblige to withdraw. We complain and the answer this morning is that the difference is normal. Judge for yourself if you can accept a streak-free featured product delivered with obvious differences in chrome plating and streaks across the surface (looks swapped).
Bad attention to the customer I absolutely advise against it, really shameful to force a customer in good faith to buy a product he does not want.
I am attaching photos of the featured product and photos of the product today. Do not buy in this shop. Never seen such a thing. NEVER.
