★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, personale inesperto mi sono state sbagliate le misure, la cucina mi e stata consegnata praticamente a pezzi (un mese un pezzo dopo 6 mesi un altro pezzo e finalmente dopo più di un anno hanno concluso) un consiglio evitate la sede di Caserta Sud sono inesperti soprattutto il signor Ugo mamma mia che tristezza. Spero che la sede principale di Scavolini faccia dei corsi a questo personale... in bocca a lupo
 Bad experience, inexperienced staff, the measurements were wrong, the kitchen was delivered to me practically in pieces (one month a piece after 6 months another piece and finally after more than a year they concluded) a piece of advice avoid the Caserta Sud office above all Mr. Ugo mamma mia are inexperienced, how sad. I hope that the Scavolini headquarters do courses for this staff ... good luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualitá scavolini parla da sola ma il prezzo é cmq un gradino più in alto rispetto a cio che offrono. Per il resto molto male. Non sono convinto di aver ricevuto il "miglior trattamento". Nessuno mi ha detto che potevo scegliere i colori interni dei mobili. Due ante ricevute di colore totalmente diverso. Mi è stato bucato e montato un mobile al contrario. Non è arrivato il forno. Non è arrivata la rete del letto. Tutto è arrivato con largo ritardo rispetto la data di accordo.
The quality of scavolini speaks for itself but the price is a step higher than what they offer. Otherwise very bad. I am not convinced that I have received the "best treatment". Nobody told me I could choose the interior colors of the furniture. Two doors received in a totally different color. I was pierced and mounted a piece of furniture upside down. The oven has not arrived. The bed base has not arrived. Everything arrived well behind the agreement date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno ,avevamo scelto un marchio importante visto che si trattava di un arredo completo,cucina camera da letto e parete attrezzata,dopo aver ordinato tutto la cucina e arrivata di un colore diverso,avevamo scelto doppio lavello con scolo ma è arrivato una vasca con scolo quindi top sbagliato per non parlare della camera da letto operai incompetenti longheroni del letto montati all incontrario e letto pieni di fori fatti dall operaio piedi del letto tutti rovinati e in attesa che vengono cambiati ancora oggi,armadio arrivato di un altro colore.attesa infinita per la sostituzione di tutto,si consiglia vivamente di rivolgersi ad altri,anche perché si fanno liquidare tutto all arrivo in magazzino,e quando vengono a montare e qualcosa non va se la prendono comoda.personalmente si sconsiglia questu punto vendita e aggiungo che io e mia moglie in tutto ciò aspettavamo una bambina ed eravamo in affitto.cosa che al signor carmine non interessava propio.
Hello, we had chosen an important brand since it was a complete furniture, bedroom kitchen and equipped wall, after having ordered the whole kitchen and arrived in a different color, we had chosen double sink with drain but a bathtub with drain arrived so wrong top not to mention the bedroom incompetent workers bed spars mounted upside down and bed full of holes made by the worker feet of the bed all ruined and waiting to be changed even today, wardrobe arrived in another color. the replacement of everything, it is strongly recommended to contact others, also because they have everything liquidated upon arrival in the warehouse, and when they come to assemble and something is wrong they take it easy. wife in all this we were expecting a child and we were rented. something that Signor Carmine was not interested in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sto girando un po' per mobilifici vari per arredare casa, trovando personale gentile e disponibile soprattutto nei mobilifici più rinomati. Scavolini Store Caserta Sud ha però ha la sua punta di diamante: Bartolomeo De Rosa. Ho ordinato qui cucina e parete attrezzata. Bartolomeo mi disse che era politica della Scavolini venire a casa del cliente per controllare le misure e lì ha scoperto un errore di misurazione abbastanza evidente commesso dal mio amico ingegnere in fase di progettazione. Ha trovato la soluzione a questo ed a tanti altri problemi sempre con pazienza, disponibilità ed un aplomb che lo rendeva molto rassicurante, soprattutto per me che ero alla prima casa acquistata, al primo mobilificio, alla prima cucina (che si sa essere la parte di arredamento più importante in una casa). Gli altri arredatori che ho conosciuto dopo non sono stati alla sua altezza. Bartolomeo è propositivo ma non invadente. Consiglia, indirizza ma non ti da mai l'idea di voler imporre. Preparato ma mai saccente. Oltre che con me si è nel tempo più volte rapportato con ingegnere ed elettricista del mio team di ristrutturazione. Quest'ultimo era perfino più pignolo di me :) .
Cucina e parete attrezzata non sono ancora arrivate ma sono fiducioso che tutto andrà bene perché mi sento seguito passo passo da Bartolomeo.
I am wandering around for various furniture factories to furnish the home, finding kind and helpful staff especially in the most renowned furniture factories. However, Scavolini Store Caserta Sud has its spearhead: Bartolomeo De Rosa. I ordered the kitchen and wall unit here. Bartolomeo told me that it was Scavolini's policy to come to the customer's home to check the measurements and there he discovered a fairly obvious measurement error made by my friend who was an engineer during the design phase. He found the solution to this and many other problems always with patience, availability and an aplomb that made him very reassuring, especially for me who was the first home purchased, the first furniture factory, the first kitchen (which is known to be part of most important furniture in a house). The other interior decorators I have met since have not been at his level. Bartolomeo is proactive but not intrusive. Advises, addresses but never gives you the idea of wanting to impose. Prepared but never pedantic. As well as with me, he has repeatedly dealt with the engineer and electrician of my renovation team over time. The latter was even more picky than me :).
The kitchen and the equipped wall have not yet arrived but I am confident that everything will be fine because I feel followed step by step by Bartolomeo.
