They use tomato paste (quote Pomodoro on the menu - no mention of pasata) on their bruschetta. The result is not like any bruschetta I’ve ever seen. Fresh tomatoes in other dishes :-( Not even sure why I’m even giving it 2 stars

The upstairs terrace view was very nice, but the coffee was average and food below average, and everything was overpriced. I’m sure there are better cafés in Erice.

We were a table of 4, no attempt was made to place the food with the person who ordered it, no replacement cutlery when they abruptly cleared it away, and all remaining drinks were removed without asking so as to encourage us to leave. Rarely do I loath paying for something: this restaurant goes on the very short list.
S	Soňa Zálešáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a plus I see the great historical interior of this place, however the food was mostly only heated. We got one dessert only on napkin to the hand (not a plate on our table) and one dirty spoon to coffee. Has a good potential but could have been better.

Given the excellent food experienced all over the island, I was surprised that such a place could still be in business. The food is reheated and rather unpleasant. Definitely too expensive for what it is. The location would be nice, but the service is rather poor and rushed, making customers feel like they ended up in a tourist trap. If you want to taste the excellent sweets from Maria Grammatico, you're better off heading to the pasticceria next door and enjoy them there.

M	Masha Zemli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best sunsets I've ever seen! The terrace Is exactly in front of the sunset point. Sipping a cocktail while the sun goes down is priceless. The owner was such a nice guy and the waiter Vito with the owner's son, treated us as we were family. Recomended.
