It's a bit outside of the city and tourist crowds in a residents neighborhood, but well connected with the boat lines and in a 30 min walking distance to San Marco. Everything was clean, the room silent, good air condition and lovely Italian breakfast. One star less due to the high price. But would book it again also because you can feel the Venetian lifestyle.

It associates the charm of a historical building and elements of modern comfort (in particular newly renovated bathrooms). And the personnel was very pleasant and helpful. It's been a part of the enjoyment of my stay in Venice.

The whole stay was very pleasant: smooth Check-in, very nice room, great breakfast and friendly host. The B&B is located in Dorsoduro, which is a lovely and very interesting neighborhood - and it is less crowded than San Marco. On the other hand, there is a close Vaporetto stop that brings you to San Marco in a few minutes. We really enjoyed the calm surrounding of the B&B. We would definitely book Cà Santo Spirito again. Thanks Veronica for this very nice stay at your place!

R	Roger Starkie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We very much enjoyed the stay at Ca Spirito Santo - the room (and the whole house in fact) was lovely - spacious and tastefully furnished. The air conditioning was also very welcome. The hosts, Alessandro and Veronica were very friendly and helpful with our requests for information. The breakfasts were also very good. We liked the location very much too - as it is a bit further from the centre it was very quiet, which suited us perfectly, but there were still plenty of options for good meals, generally too at reasonable prices, in the evenings within a few minutes walk. My only very minor suggestion for improvement would be to have a bit more variety in the music with the breakfast - as much as I enjoyed hearing the cover versions on the first day, by the third morning of hearing the same CD, it was getting a bit much :-)
G	Geom Alfieri Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just perfect! Spent 3 nights in July 21, wife and 3 kids (10, 9, 3 y.o.) and it's the perfect place to enjoy the magic of Venice. Far from crowded and noisy routes, logistically perfectly placed, you reach everywhere within minutes (included a market Conad). Veronica, Sandro and their staff are amazing hosts. You can clearly appreciate the hard work they put in to make everything perfect for your stay. Breakfast is superb, rooms clean and stylish. They were full of ideas and activities that gave our kids the time of their lives (venetian rowing lessons, treasure hunt, amazing restaurant nearby, secret shopping spots). They made us feel like we were living as Venetians do, with our best mates showing us around the most amazing place in the world, Venice. So, be good with them and maybe, just maybe, you'll deserve to see that magic too.

They made sure to make our stay in Venice unforgettable by giving us information on where locals go, tips, ways to commute, being true-blue Venetians themselves. We also learned a lot about Venice and how it is to be locals in one of the most touristy destinations on earth. They did a great job with the design and look of the B&B. It was very homey and comfortable. I highly recommend staying in their suite (there is only one in the property), if it is available as it is truly outstanding and a little oasis away from home. The room is clean, the breakfast is delicious and the location is great, especially if you want to experience Venice without the overwhelming crowds of San Marco. It is located in Dorsoduro - where locals live, and where locals go for coffee and food without the outrageous prices. I would like to give a special thanks to Veronica as she really made our stay memorable and wonderful. She made sure to prepare us great morning coffee, a nice spread and even gave us some treats after our checkout. It was really thoughtful and we truly appreciate the gesture. We wish to be back soon and see you guys again! Thank you so much for everything and let us know if you will ever be in New York!

The room got cleaned every day, the bedsheets were clean and soft, the towels were good quality. The owner was really friendly and kind, she even helped us with organizing our trip and with finding stuff to do in the city. The website is very easy to navigate. Something that could be improved is the temperature of the cooked eggs (they were too cold for our liking). The breakfast was diverse and tasty and that's honestly the only critique we can give.
