Le ultime consegne sono state puntuali, quindi mi sembrava giusto segnalare del miglioramento, seguiranno futuri aggiornamenti.

Ormai una consuetudine che debba recarmi in filiale perché dicono di essere passati più volte, quando in realtà con presenza costante non è mai passato nessuno.
Addirittura consegne nemmeno recapitate con segnalazione nel tracking di "destinatario sconosciuto", quando qualsiasi altro corriere consegna da sempre regolarmente da anni ed anni.
All'assistenza telefonica in filiale rispondono 1 volta su 5.
ESORTO qualsiasi azienda che utilizza BRT come vettore sulla provincia di Firenze/Prato a NON SPEDIRE LA MERCE CON QUESTO CORRIERE.

It is now a custom that I have to go to the branch because they say they have passed several times, when in reality with constant presence no one has ever passed.
Even deliveries not even delivered with tracking of "unknown recipient", when any other courier has always delivered regularly for years and years.
Telephone assistance at the branch is answered 1 time out of 5.
I EXHORT any company that uses BRT as a carrier in the province of Florence / Prato NOT TO SHIP THE GOODS WITH THIS COURIER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punto di ritiro gestito non proprio ottimamente, attesa lunga ed orario spezzato che davvero poco si addice all'ambito logistico. Fare due ore di pausa pranzo beh lo trovo assurdo. Tutti senza mascherina.
Collection point not very well managed, long wait and broken hours that really do not suit the logistics field. Taking a two-hour lunch break, well I find it absurd. All without a mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consegnano I pacchi quando gli fa comodo !! Però non si rendono conto che per la gente è un danno non ricevere le consegne puntualmente dato se si tratta di ricambi per veicoli.
Pensavo fosse un buon corriere ma non si differenzia dal resto.
They deliver packages when it suits them !! But they don't realize that it's a detriment to people not to get deliveries on time when it comes to vehicle parts.
I thought it was a good courier but it doesn't differ from the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandano mail dichiarando di essere passati e di non aver trovato nessuno. Assolutamente non vero! Inefficenti e inaffidabili . E’ successo più di una volta che i miei pacchi siano stati consegnati altrove e che poi io venga contattata da chi riceve il mio pacco e per fortuna! Altrimenti sarebbero pacchi persi. Naturalmente poi devo andare a prendermelo . Contattato il numero della sede e fatto presente il problema mi è stato risposto in maniera superficiale e anche arrogante dando la colpa a chi ha firmato.... Il problema è che lasciano i pacchi in terra e non chiedono di firmare a nessuno . Pessimo servizio
They send e-mails stating that they have passed by and have not found anyone. Absolutely not true! Ineffective and unreliable. It has happened more than once that my packages have been delivered elsewhere and then I am contacted by whoever receives my package and luckily! Otherwise they would be lost packages. Of course then I have to go get it. Having contacted the office number and having pointed out the problem, I was answered in a superficial and even arrogant way, blaming the person who signed it .... The problem is that they leave the packages on the ground and do not ask anyone to sign. Bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno ritirato dal mittente il mio pacco dopo due giorni dalla presa in carico, quando invece dopo due giorni avrei dovuto riceverlo.In conclusione ho subito un lungo ritardo con immancabile disagio perché il prodotto mi serviva,non era un soprammobile. Ovunque vedrò Bartolini come corriere mi terrò alla larga.
They collected my package from the sender after two days of taking charge, when instead I should have received it after two days.In conclusion, I suffered a long delay with inevitable inconvenience because I needed the product, it was not an ornament. Wherever I see Bartolini as a courier, I will stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BRT as always got small place companies in whole Italy. Unloading and loading right away when you come. No parking, even outside company. Toilets and shower on 2nd floor.

This company is not at all efficient. They send me emails to be able to track my parcels (great!) but then fail to have them delivered on the day and time they say they are going to. I have been waiting for my package for two days because it was supposed to arrive yesterday, then it was changed to today and now after waiting all afternoon it is changed to next week! Not at all happy about this...I only wait at home because if they do show up and I’m not here I’ve had to pick up my parcel at their headquarters which is a 30-40 minute drive away!
