Incompetenti, lenti e sprecisi, mi domando come venga selezionato, preparato e controllato il personale: in 3 mesi non sono stati capaci di mettere in piedi un piano di mutuo e due prodotti assicurativi che un'altra banca mi ha fatto firmare in 20 giorni, con meno fogli, email, telefonate e anche con meno supponenza da parte del personale. Questa filiale รจ sporca, senza alcuna cura per il ricevimento clienti, nรฉ formale nรฉ sostanziale. Ho preso un appuntamento con un funzionario e all'arrivo mi sono sentita rimproverare "ma lei con chi ha parlato?" ...io mi sono presentata e ho parlato con chi mettere a rispondere al telefono.
E dovrei perdere altro tempo per spiegarvi perchรจ non sono diventata vostra cliente?
They just wasted my time and patience. Incompetent, slow and wasteful, I wonder how the staff is selected, trained and controlled: in 3 months they have not been able to set up a mortgage plan and two insurance products that another bank made me sign in 20 days, with fewer papers, emails, phone calls and even less arrogance from staff. This branch is dirty, with no care for customer reception, neither formal nor substantial. I made an appointment with an official and upon arrival I was reproached "but who did you talk to?" ... I introduced myself and talked to who to answer the phone.
And should I waste more time explaining why I didn't become your customer?

Il circolino del mio quartiere รจ piรน organizzato ed efficiente di loro. Per non parlare del personale sembrano dei piccoli John Elkan per come se la tirano... per quali meriti poi?
Pessima esperienza.
I put a star only because you can't put ZERO. This bank, at least the one in Florence in Belfiore, cannot be proposed.
My neighborhood club is more organized and efficient than them. Not to mention the staff seem like little John Elkan for how they pull it ... for what merits then?
Bad experience.
