★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ogni ente/ditta è composto soprattutto di PERSONE. Ho avuto a che fare con loro collaboratori che si sono fatti in quattro per fare il mio interesse. E ho avuto a che fare con loro "Responsabili" che vanno sollecitati continuamente e che altrettanto frequentemente SCOMPAIONO.
Nel mio caso specifico, ho in essere con loro un piano d'accumulo e una polizza casa. Per quel che riguarda quest'ultima, ho subito un furto di biciclette nel mio garage condominiale. Procedura per il rimborso abbastanza macchinosa, contrariamente a quel che loro dicono. Si servono di una società di perizie che cura i propri interessi e alla fine dei giochi chiude la faccenda a mio sfavore.
Per continuare mi contatta un loro "liquidatore" che tutelando il proprio interesse mi risponde in maniera aggressiva e offensiva.
Il responsabile dell'ufficio che prende in carico la possibilità di risolvere la questione risponde sempre in maniera dozzinale e il più delle volte è irraggiungibile (va bene che c'è il covid ma....)
Purtroppo per tutelare i miei interessi non c'è altro modo che adire per vie legali. Non vorrò più avere a che fare con il nome Alleanza Assicurazioni.

In my specific case, I have a savings plan and a home policy in place with them. As for the latter, I suffered a bicycle theft in my condominium garage. Refund procedure quite cumbersome, contrary to what they say. They use an appraisal company that takes care of their own interests and at the end of the game it ends the matter to my detriment.
To continue, one of their "liquidators" contacts me who, protecting his interest, responds in an aggressive and offensive manner.
The head of the office who takes charge of the possibility of resolving the question always answers in a cheap way and most of the time is unreachable (it's okay that there is covid but ....)
Unfortunately, there is no other way to protect my interests than to take legal action. I will no longer want to have anything to do with the name Alleanza Assicurazioni.

Come sempre Alleanza assicurazioni di Firenze (per cui ho anche lavorato in passato … purtroppo) si distingue per grandi promesse al momento della stipula dei contratti e assoluta mancanza di rispetto di esse al momento del riscatto , soprattutto se anticipato (motivo per cui a suo tempo smisi la collaborazione) . Quindi prima di firmare una assicurazione o ancora peggio un piano di accumulo o investimento pensionistico con Alleanza Assicurazioni di Firenze pensateci non una ma cento volte , fatevi evidenziare la parte relativa a penali e riscatto, registrate (mi raccomando) quanto vi dice sia l’agente che l’ispettore e se avete un minimo dubbio (ne avrete molti di più) non firmate.
Attendo la chiusura di una pratica in corso e poi se va come temo avrò il piacere di condividerla con tutti voi.
