G	Greta Berti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arroganza e la prepotenza regnano dentro al quel ufficio , capisco che passano tantissima gente e non tutti sono di facile comprensione..ma io li frequento da anni e sono cambiati tanto..sempre più scortesi e arroganti i modi di rispondere e di fare sono offensivi per chiunque le " ragazzine " sembrano di farci un favore ..ma non il servizio lo paghiamo.... Le stesse cose lo possono di in un altro modo e gentilezza... Io personalmente pagare e sentirmi inadeguata ...grazie anche no. Non tornerò mai più..e se tanta gente la pensa come me , stranieri o no ...vediamo chi li da da mangiare a loro. Arrogance and arrogance reign inside that office, I understand that a lot of people pass by and not all of them are easy to understand ... but I have been with them for years and they have changed a lot ... more and more rude and arrogant the ways of responding and doing are offensive for anyone the "little girls" seem to be doing us a favor .. but we don't pay for the service .... I will never go back .. and if a lot of people think like me, foreigners or not ... let's see who feeds them.

The young lady who answered the phone (not even waited a minute) is very kind and available to try to solve the bureaucratic difficulties. Well done.

Little clarity just for information I had to make an appointment I waited half an hour and then had to pay even € 24 without even having said it before.
