Ho trovato un personale veramente gentile, disponibile e si è creata subito empatia, nonostante avessi espressamente detto che non avrei fatto acquisti. Purtroppo non sempre nei luoghi dove si vendono beni di lusso si trova questo servizio ed è un peccato, anche se la gentilezza e l educazione dovrebbero essere alla base di qualsiasi rapporto umano a prescindere da tutto.
I went to the Pomellato boutique in Florence to get information about a ring of the Pomellato 67 line. I found a really kind, helpful staff and empathy was immediately created, even though I had explicitly said that I would not make purchases. Unfortunately, this service is not always found in places where luxury goods are sold and it is a shame, even if kindness and education should be the basis of any human relationship regardless of everything.
