★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting the brothers Massai for over 15 years every time I go to Florence. I can not say enough good things about this little jewel in Florence. You walk into their workshop -- literally. They have some amazing pieces already made (their Buccellati replicas are pieces of art!) and they do great custom work too. You can bring in old gold you no longer wear and they'll repurpose it for you. They speak English, are friendly, accommodating, creative and have THE BEST PRICES IN FLORENCE!!! To me this is a MUST stop when in Florence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I bought our wedding rings from Massai Orafi, and we could not be any happier. Our journey began almost a year ago when we decided to get married in Florence, and wanted some authentic Florentine rings (but avoiding the touristy/pricey items form Ponte Vecchio). We found Massai through Google/TripAdvisor, and we are so glad we did. Firstly, our rings are exactly what we are looking for - Andrea & Glenda took great care of us to build to our precise wants and needs. We visited their shop in October 2018 (Wedding April 2019) to discuss the fine details of our rings. When we received one ring that wasn't exactly to our specification, they gladly rebuilt a ring and took the return without any hesitation. Our overall experience went so well that we took our family there when back for our wedding in April. This is the type of place that doesn't focus on marketing/gimmicks, just the fine craftsmanship of their trade. We cannot wait for our next Massai Orafi purchase, and we will be back.
