★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a few gold and hard stone pieces over the years and most of them have needed repairs. In one case, repeated repairs. The repair service is very slow - months on end - and the customer service makes no effort to keep you apprised of delays and such. Lately I've had to wait for the return of a pair of earrings - listed at over 2k - for almost five months. Spend your money elsewhere, Pomellato is not worth it.
