Mirco è stato molto disponibile e competente sia in fase di test drive, che al momento del ritiro. Mi hanno valutato la mia vecchia auto in modo onesto e devo riconoscere che, contrariamente a ciò che hanno scritto altre persone, io ho trovato qualità e cortesia. Consiglio la struttura a chi avesse intenzione di cambiare auto. In quanto alla mia auto nuova, non ho parole per descrivere la soddisfazione. Devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto al di sopra delle aspettative, il consulente che mi ha servito "il carissimo Mirco" è stato davvero preparato e professionale il quale mi ha dettagliatamente spiegato le condizioni del veicolo consigliandomi come uno di famiglia nella scelta di questo modello. La macchina mi è stata consegnata come nuova pronta a macinare km di strada. Coniglio vivamente Bonadei per chi pensa di comprare una nuova auto o passare a un usato garantito come il mio. Informazioni estorte a forza come un fastidio, valutazione dell'usato a spanne e anche sottostimata, nessuna voglia di proporre un'auto che potesse interessarmi. Dopo 10 minuti sono uscito. Dal secondo concessionario (sempre Peugeot) ho firmato l'acquisto... fatevi 2 domande.... Veramente deludente. Mi presento il giorno dopo alle 8 e mi sento dire: "scusi, ce l'ha una mezz'ora che il nostro ufficio apre alle 8.30?" Ma stiamo scherzando?!? A parte che uno potrebbe avere anche i suoi impegni lavorativi e non, ma poi cosa mi date l'appuntamento alle 8 se aprite alle 8.30? Absurd. D	Davide Nicoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato da loro circa 8 anni fa. L'assitenza è penosa. Chiesi di sostituire i freni inclusi nel piano manutenzione. Passati sei mesi freni DIETRO da sostituire. Avevo un problema con il sedile guidatore che scricchiolava. Portato per ben tre volte, tre volte "non siamo riusciti a replicare il difetto", con io che mostravo in pochi secondi il problema. Ogni volta che la porti per un tagliando si dimenticano di dirti che la devi lasciare almeno la notte se non di più perché manca sempre qualcuno, quando fare il tagliando sotto casa lo fanno nel giro di qualche ora come giusto che sia (quando mi faccio il tagliando da solo ci impego due ore e non ho chissà quali attrezzi o il ponte). La settimana prima della fine della manutenzione inclusa/garanzia mi si è rotto un ammortizzatore. Portata da loro mi comunicano che sono pieni e non riescono a farla. Comunico che non è un problema farlo dopo basta che li fanno rientrare nella garanzia. Mi dicono che non è possibile. Ho quindi chiamato il carro attrezzi incluso nel loro piano il giorno dopo avevo la macchina riparata. Negli anni successivi mi sono trovato male anche in altri peugeot assitance, quindi mi sa che li addestrano a questa maniera. I bought from them about 8 years ago. Assistance is painful. Every time you bring it for a service they forget to tell you that you must leave it at least overnight if not more because there is always someone missing, when they do it in the space of a few hours as it should be (when I do the cutting by myself takes two hours and I don't have who knows what tools or the bridge). The week before the end of the included maintenance / warranty, a shock absorber broke. Brought to them, they tell me that they are full and cannot make it. I communicate that it is not a problem to do it later as long as they are covered by the guarantee. They tell me it's not possible. I then called the tow truck included in their plan the next day I had the car fixed. In the following years I also felt bad in other peugeot assistance, so I know they train them in this way.
