Anche i ragazzi dell'officina mi sembrano che sappiano il fatto loro !! Vi Consiglio di andarli a trovare !!! L	LucaCianghe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizialmente ho avuto una buona impressione, ma "fortunatamente” non servendomi di loro per la manutenzione, dopo un anno dall'acquisto di un usato, mi sono recato in officina per il tagliando e sotto la cover del serbatoio ho trovato la prima sorpresa, il serbatoio è cocciato. Ma come ulteriore punto a sfavore di questo concessionario, grazie alla scrupolosa perizia del mio meccanico, che anche se erano solo 5000km mi ha consigliato di controllare i filtri aria, e qui ho trovato la seconda sorpresa. Quando andai per acquistare la moto, versando la caparra per fermarla, mi era stato garantito verbalmente che prima del mio ritiro la avrebbero tagliandata, per cui si presuppone che tale lavoro comprenda olio, filtro olio e filtro aria. Cosa purtroppo eseguita a metà, visto che allo smontaggio dei filtri dell'aria a distanza di un anno, ho trovato la spiacevole sorpresa, filtri impastati di sporco in maniera impressionante, ed essendo una Super Sportiva, quindi non facendo sterrato è impossibile che si siano sporcati in tale maniera in 5000 km circa. (Vedi foto). Dubbioso a questo punto, sul resto. Sono stato cliente da un po' e con rammarico devo dire che attualmente al 2022 é meglio rivolgersi altrove, specialmente sugli interventi di cui dovrebbero fornire assistenza diretta dei marchi rappresentati. Al tagliando dei 20000 km non mi hanno fatto la prevista registrazione valvole, senza avvisarmi e me ne sono accorto solo dalla fattura al ritiro moto. Altra occasione, regolazione freno posteriore, mi si é bloccato ľimpianto per strada, fortunatamente vicino a casa. Per ultimo, un mese ad aspettare di ordinare un pignone, (originale) perché secondo loro non esisteva il codice prodotto. Spazientito, al termine del rapporto ricevo insulti dal titolare. Peccato. Service got worse. Disponibilità, fiducia, assistenza ai massimi livelli li contraddistinguono. Sicuramente il mio punto di riferimento per l’acquisto di un’altra moto e magari a sto giro più nuova :) Freddie # 1!
