★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono loro cliente e sono andato un anno fa con Africa Twin 1000 dct che ho venduto e presto mi ri comprerò , sono Stati gentili e il responsabile officina mi ha fatto un controllo centralina in circa 10 minuti e non mi hanno chiesto niente. Gentili e cordiali, presto andrò da loro e farò il tagliando???
 I am not their customer and I went a year ago with the Africa Twin 1000 dct which I sold and I will buy again soon, they were kind and the workshop manager gave me a control unit check in about 10 minutes and they didn't ask me for anything. Kind and cordial, I will soon go to them and get the coupon???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ che dire ,cercavo un officina onesta e preparata e penso di averla trovata. disponibilità, gentilezza, super top! da quando chiami al telefono per delle informazioni, fino a quando ritiri il mezzo dopo le manutenzioni, che ti vengono spiegate nel dettaglio.
Non è assolutamente scontato un atteggiamento così, purtroppo.
prezzi della manodopera molto corretti, i ricambi, diciamo anche, ho solo dei dubbi sul prezzo delle pastiglie dei freni, ma utilizzando ricambi originali ci può stare, forse avrei dovuto informarmi meglio io prima di confermare.
sarà che non "frequento" officine autorizzate da un po', ma la piacevole sorpresa di ritirare la moto pulita (brillava) non ha prezzo!!

what can I say, I was looking for an honest and prepared workshop and I think I found it. availability, kindness, super top! from when you call the phone for information, until you collect the vehicle after maintenance, which is explained to you in detail.
Unfortunately, such an attitude cannot be taken for granted.
very correct labor prices, spare parts, let's also say, I only have doubts about the price of the brake pads, but using original spare parts it can be, perhaps I should have informed myself better before confirming.
maybe I haven't "frequented" authorized workshops for a while, but the pleasant surprise of picking up the clean bike (it shone) is priceless !!

È luogo per me di manutenzione per il mio scooter,nella sede di Milano mi sono sempre ben trovato,ma benvenuta filiale in Monza..
Ritirato in serata dopo una piccola attesa il meccanico mi ha spiegato le operazioni effettuate e sostituito solo quello veramente necessario.
Direi più che bene anche per ľassistenza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza che mi ha lasciato l'amaro in bocca e una risata in faccia al venditore ..entrato per una valutazione di vendita di una moto Honda (eventualmente avrei chiesto per una permuta con altro mezzo),me ne sono andato dopo la valutazione della stessa senza chiedere altro....moto venduta ad un privato 2gg dopo leggermente sotto al suo prezzo di mercato ma esattamente al doppio di quello a cui mi avevano proposto il ritiro....va bene guadagnarci ma così i clienti li fate scappare ....
Experience that left a bad taste in my mouth and a laugh in the face of the seller .. entered for a sales evaluation of a Honda motorcycle (eventually I would have asked for a trade-in by other means), I left after the evaluation of the same without asking anything else .... bike sold to a private individual 2 days later slightly below its market price but exactly double what the withdrawal had proposed to me .... it's okay to make money but so customers make them run away .. ..

Chiesto notizie su un mezzo prima del prezzo che ovviamente mi è stato dato mi ha fatto vedere in moto e provare lo scooter.
Mi sono trovato benissimo e subito a mio agio negozio da consigliare vivamente
Visited the Monza exhibition very well equipped with vehicles and very welcoming and helpful sellers.
Asked about a vehicle before the price that obviously was given to me, he showed me on the bike and try the scooter.
I had a great time and immediately at ease shop to be highly recommended
