★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente di EFFEPICAR da almeno 15 anni e devo dire che fino a ieri ho ricevuto un servizio e una accoglienza da 10 e lode.
Niente da eccepire per il reparto vendite mentre ultimamente il settore accettazione lascia un po' a desiderare: al contrario di Diego sempre gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza del cliente e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema venga sottoposto, la stessa cosa non si può dire della nuova persona presente all'accettazione.
Persona scarsamente preparata sull'argomento, con un atteggiamento saccente e con un atteggiamento verso i clienti secco e scortese.
Non proprio un bel biglietto da visita......
I have been an EFFEPICAR customer for at least 15 years and I must say that until yesterday I received a service and a reception worth 10 e.
Nothing to complain about for the sales department, while lately the acceptance sector leaves something to be desired: unlike Diego, always kind and available to any customer requirement and ready to solve any problem that is submitted, the same thing cannot be said of the new person present at the reception.
A person who is poorly prepared on the subject, with a pedantic attitude and a dry and rude attitude towards customers.
Not really a nice business card ......
