All’inizio tutto ok, mi ha accolto una ragazza molto gentile e cortese la quale mi ha fatto visionare il veicolo fatto avere un preventivo e valutazione del mio usato. La cosa sembrava potesse andare in porto finché non si è intromesso il suo collega, educazione zero, professionalità non ne parliamo, unica cosa che ha fatto e continuare a svalutare il mio usato e porre il suo come un auto di lusso ed unica nella zona. Dopo continue trattative sono arrivato a proporre di pagare la loro macchina a prezzo PIENO da loro imposto, ma non bastava nemmeno quello (non vado nei dettagli) 200€ per il passaggio della mia permuta?? Ma da quando? Alla fine pur di non scendere a fare uno piccolo sconto si è perso un potenziale cliente. Imparate a trattare con il cliente e non porre soltanto le vostre condizioni. Due stelle soltanto per la ragazza che si è mostrata disponibile. I left with a good intention to buy the vehicle but I came out totally disappointed. Entrando nel piazzale troviamo una ragazza che gentilmente mi dice che manderà un collega e un attimo dopo vediamo arrivare un signore, senza mascherina, che mi urla "Siamo chiusi!!!". Io spiego che sono di passaggio e volevo vedere un'auto. Il signore, presunto venditore e senza degnarmi di un saluto, con tutta l'arroganza e maleducazione che lo ha contraddistinto, mi ribadisce che sono chiusi anche se sul sito l'orario di chiusura indicato è le 19.00. Con molta superficialità e sempre di tre quarti ( come se gli stessi facendo perdere tempo) mi dice " Quella è l'auto... la veda" indicandomi la vettura. Gli dico educatamente che sarei interessato e quando sarebbe possibile provarla e per tutta risposta mi viene detto che per la situazione Covid l'auto non può essere provata. ASSURDO!!! CHI COMPREREBBE UN'AUTO DI SECONDA MANO SENZA PROVARLA???Mi ha fatto passare la voglia di vedere quell'auto.Prima di fare i venditori imparate l'educazione e l'umiltà. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI ACQUISTARE DA AVENUE CAR A MONZA. I went at 6.30pm because I was in the area and wanted info on a car. I explain that I am passing through and I wanted to see a car. The gentleman, alleged seller and without deigning to greet me, with all the arrogance and rudeness that has distinguished him, reiterates that they are closed even if the closing time indicated on the site is 19.00. Very superficially and always in three quarters (as if I were wasting his time) he tells me "That's the car ... see it" pointing to the car. I politely tell him that I would be interested and when it would be possible to try it and in response I am told that due to the Covid situation the car cannot be tested. ABSURD!!! WHO WOULD BUY A SECOND HAND CAR WITHOUT TRYING IT ?? I STRONGLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM AVENUE CAR IN MONZA.

Parco auto decisamente di alto livello, i prezzi sono concorrenziali e pertanto senza possibilità di trattativa, consiglio vivamente di pensare autonomamente a vendere il proprio usato Forte di esperienza nell'acquisto di veicoli la visiono interamente anche con i professionisti di mia fiducia Riesco tramite ricerche a risalire al proprietario il quale persona molto gentile e disponibile mi conferma tutto quanto Avenuecar mi aveva presentato. Mi vengono rilasciate garanzia, provenienza, km certificati, e tagliando eseguito. Che dire, in un mondo cosi difficile reputo di aver trovato serietà e veicoli di un certo livello. Giuseppe ed i suoi collaboratori, che con esperienza e serietà mi hanno portato ad affrontare una situazione positiva che di questi tempi dove la chiarezza a volte viene a mancare a differenza in AVENUECAR assolutamente con simpatia ho ricevuto. Personale cortese, pronto a rispondere ai dubbi e che non cerca di nascondere nulla. Guardatevi l'auto, tenete presente che se un'auto è stata usata sarà normale trovare delle parti con segni di usura o un cerchio con un graffietto. Chi mi ha fatto vedere l'auto, non cercava di nascondere nulla anzi, conveniva con me che forse una parte poteva essere stata riverniciata ma era evidente, da altri dettagli, che non era questione di incidente grave ma di parcheggi stretti. Normale amministrazione se l'auto e un usato! Anzi, da apprezzare che il proprietario dell'auto cercasse di tenerla in ordine.
