Il gestore è intervenuto dicendomi che l’operazione non richiede una “laurea in filosofia”. E’ vero, ma quel minimo di sensibilità necessario per non offendere inutilmente il prossimo, non richiede nemmeno la licenza elementare: o lo si ha o non lo si ha. A lui evidentemente manca.
