NON BASTA ACQUISTARE, pulire e rimettere in vendita MOTO CON TOT. ANNI E MANDARE VIA I CLIENTI QUANDO HANNO PROBLEMI. Dopo avere acquistato la Yamaha Thundercat che si vede in foto, acquisto fatto in inverno 2020 a cavallo col 2021, da subito ho notato dalle prime prove che la moto aveva sbalzi ed irregolarità nell’ erogazione. Inoltre perdeva benzina. Portata subito alla loro officina, la tenevano 10 giorni ferma, al ritiro della moto mi viene detto che il motore era stato lavato (non vero in quanto era ancora sporco esattamente come prima), che non avevano notato perdite e che per il problema dell’ erogazione avrei dovuto “accelerare con calma” così come detto dal proprietario dell’ officina Chimoto. Ok quindi, compro una moto sportiva e devo accelerare piano? Praticamente mi avevano lasciato 10 giorni senza moto e neanche l’ avevano guardata. Inorridito e sconfortato dal comportamento (sia professionale che umano) di Chimoto, mi rivolgo ad un meccanico con esperienza con le moto a carburatori. Morale, dopo molti giorni e vari interventi, tra cui sostituzione della pompa della benzina, ricarburazione, cambio candele, la moto finalmente inizia ada andare bene. Salterà pure fuori un problema al regolatore di tensione, sostituito anch’ esso. Quindi cosa dire? Facile vendere le moto nuove, ma vendere moto usate senza controllarle prima e sbolognare il cliente con un problema è vergognoso. Mai più piede lì dentro. YEARS AND SEND CUSTOMERS AWAY WHEN THEY HAVE PROBLEMS. After purchasing the Yamaha Thundercat that can be seen in the picture, purchase made in winter 2020 between 2021, I immediately noticed from the first tests that the bike had jerks and irregularities in delivery. It also ran out of gas. Immediately brought to their workshop, they kept it stationary for 10 days, when the bike was collected I was told that the engine had been washed (not true as it was still dirty exactly as before), that they had not noticed any leaks and that due to the problem of delivery I should have “accelerated slowly” as said by the owner of the Chimoto workshop. Ok so, do I buy a sports bike and do I have to accelerate slowly? They had practically left me without a bike for 10 days and hadn't even looked at it. Horrified and disheartened by Chimoto's behavior (both professional and human), I turn to a mechanic with experience with carbureted motorcycles. Moral, after many days and various interventions, including replacing the fuel pump, refilling, changing spark plugs, the bike finally starts to go well. There will also be a problem with the voltage regulator, which has also been replaced. So what to say? It's easy to sell new bikes, but selling used bikes without checking them first and giving the customer a problem is shameful. No more foot in there.

Purtroppo in Italia ci sono pochi meccanici che conoscono veramente le moto di APRILIA ma soprattutto che sanno ripararle. Loro sicuramente fanno parte di quel piccolo e ristretto gruppo. Consigliatissimi. Excellent dealer and workshop for the APRILIA or Guzzi brand. Unfortunately in Italy there are few mechanics who really know APRILIA's bikes but above all who know how to repair them. They are certainly part of that small and restricted group. Altri concessionari hanno subito capito quaľera il ricambio che stavo cercando e mi hanno subito detto con gentilezza se lo avevano in casa o no.
