La scusa è stata che non potevano cambiarne una per motivi di sicurezza. Morale mi hanno ciullato 487 euro. Fate molta ad un certo Davide che a parole si rivela molto disponibile ma poi vi frega alla grande!!! Bad place and bad guys! I punctured a tire and they changed 4 of them without anyone asking them. Ognuno fa i conti con il proprio portafoglio, assolutamente nulla da dire, ma non trovo corretto il modo di lavorare. Cioè se le ruote sono le loro un cambio gomme ha un costo di 50€ però se le ruote non sono loro c'è un supplemento di 20€! Per me un gommista è colui che oltre a fare il suo mestiere, dovrebbe anche andare incontro a tutte le tipologie di clienti! Perché c'è chi non ha la possibilità di spendere 100€ a gomma e cerca la soluzione più economica ma buona soprattutto quando come nel mio caso si ha una misura di gomme particolare e poco ricercata ma soprattutto che costa uno sproposito! Mio marito ha chiesto un preventivo per l'acquisto e sostituzione di due gomme di una 500 X. Il tizio, responsabile dell'officina, gli ha proposto dei pneumatici Michelen a 400 euro. Peccato che le gomme non erano Michelen ma una sottomarca e nel preventivo non era indicato il costo di circa 100 euro per il montaggio. Che vergogna! Non andateci.
