Un ringraziamento speciale al venditore Andrea Zullato che è riuscito ad organizzare la preparazione e consegna in breve tempo prima di Natale ed è stato disponibile a venire incontro con cortesia alle mie difficoltà per il ritiro del libretto di circolazione. Le 5 stelle sono merito suo, perché altrimenti avrei dato un giudizio meno positivo. Dopo pochi giorni dal ritiro, infatti, l'auto ha avuto un problema ad un sensore. Auto ferma per precauzione per una decina di giorni, sensore sostituito presso altro meccanico convenzionato per me più comodo, con spesa coperta da garanzia anche grazie all'espressa richiesta del dealer venditore. Può capitare e può essere proprio un caso che non sia stato rilevato in fase di preparazione dell'auto in officina... Ringrazio per l'intervento sulla garanzia, ma un problema capitato così pochi giorni dopo il ritiro non è stato proprio simpatico. Qualche controllino in più in officina in pre-consegna sarebbe preferibile. Focus used purchased in mid-December. Car stopped as a precaution for about ten days, sensor replaced by another mechanic that is more convenient for me, with expense covered by warranty also thanks to the express request of the dealer seller. It can happen and it can be just a case that it was not detected during the preparation of the car in the workshop ... Thank you for the intervention on the warranty, but a problem that occurred so few days after the withdrawal was not exactly nice. A few more pre-delivery workshop checks would be preferable.
