Complimenti al venditore per l'accoglienza, la gentilezza e la voglia di fare il proprio lavoro. Ha ascoltato le mille domande che ho fatto sempre con professionalità e in maniera amichevole. Direi che non si trovano in giro tanti venditori auto come lui. I went to the Clerici Auto dealership a few days ago to make a quote for a car and was greeted by Riccardo D'Amelio. Congratulations to the seller for the welcome, kindness and desire to do their job. He listened to the thousand questions that I always asked with professionalism and in a friendly way. I would say there aren't as many auto salesmen around as he is.

f	fabio tonelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei messo anche zero se potevo premetto sono stato alla concessionaria di Varese e devo dire che loro si meritano più di 5 stelle ma non posso dire lo stesso per quella di Saronno ,sono entrato per chiedere un preventivo per una Kia mi è venuto incontro un ragazzo che mi ha accolto gentilmente , ma appena le ho fatto sapere che ero giâ stato a quella di Varese per un preventivo per un modello versione base ma volevo da loro un altro preventivo per una versione che comprendeva il cambio automatico ,il venditore si è dimostrato disinteressato ed ho capito che non voleva fare un ulteriore preventivo ,inoltre quando sono uscito dalla concessionaria ho notato attraverso la vetrina che lui con il collega stavano parlando verso di me ridendo Mai più in questa concessionaria I would have put zero if I could I have been to the Varese dealership and I must say that they deserve more than 5 stars but I can't say the same for that of Saronno, I went in to ask for a quote for a Kia a guy came to me who kindly welcomed me, but as soon as I let her know that I had already been to Varese for a quote for a basic version model but I wanted another quote from them for a version that included the automatic transmission, the seller was disinterested and I realized that he did not want to make a further quote, moreover when I left the dealership I noticed through the window that he and his colleague were talking to me laughing Never again in this dealership
F	Faith Compositions on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente amareggiato e deluso. Acquistato macchina nuova, dopo qualche tempo con la luce del sole diretta noto che la carrozzeria è tutta rovinata. Vado dal carrozziere per capire come mai, e risulta essere stata malamente lucidata a macchina prima della consegna ( si è chiesto se l'ho presa usata ). Macchina tutta smerigliata con segni di lucidatura aggressiva. Per non parlare del tagliando annuale, ho chiesto 3 cose: 1) il manuale in italiano dato che me l'avevano dato in polacco 2) registrare il cofano se possibile dato che o quello o il paraurti erano storti 3) sistemare il sistema di lane assist, dato che mi spostava sempre a sinistra. Risultato: han cambiato l'olio e i filtri ad un auto con su 2.000km e con una scusa o l'altra non han risolto nulla di quello che ho chiesto. Delusione estrema. Really bitter and disappointed. Purchased a new car, after some time with direct sunlight I notice that the body is all ruined. Result: they changed the oil and filters on a car with about 2,000km and with one excuse or the other they didn't solve anything I asked for. Extreme disappointment.

Ho trovato onestà, precisione e anche gentilezza e simpatia (che non guastano mai!) E ora grazie a loro posso godermi la mia nuova Kia Picanto :) Super consigliati in quanto a professionalità e chiarezza. Alla prossima! Usually I don't leave reviews but I feel obliged to thank Clerici Auto and especially Riccardo D'Amelio for their availability towards me since the first visit to the dealership and for assisting me throughout the pre and post sales process! I found honesty, precision and also kindness and sympathy (which never hurt!) And now thanks to them I can enjoy my new Kia Picanto :) Super recommended in terms of professionalism and clarity. A	Anil Portakal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimi, ho avuto la sfortuna di conoscere Alessandro Riva che con la faccia tutta sorridente riesce a vendermi una Nissan Juke 2015, adesso dopo neanche un'anno che ce l'ho risulta avere problemi di tutti i tipi, nessun tagliando è stato fatto in 6 anni, le pastiglie posteriori dei freni non esistevano proprio, il freno a mano lo devi tirare al massimo se no non ritrovi più l'auto, i pneumatici dovevano essere 4 stagioni in realtà sono invernali, per il libretto di circolazione ho dovuto rompere le scatole a tutte le loro filiali perché l'avevano perso, ora risulta avere problemi a dei sensori al motore (che non vogliono dire quali sono). insomma se volete una auto da loro prendetela nuova oppure fatevi una garanzia che costi altrettanto quanto l'auto. very bad, I had the misfortune to meet Alessandro Riva who with a smiling face manages to sell me a Nissan Juke 2015, now after less than a year that I have it, it turns out to have problems of all kinds, no coupons were done in 6 years, the rear brake pads did not exist at all, the handbrake you have to pull it to the maximum otherwise you will not find the car anymore, the tires had to be 4 seasons in reality they are winter, for the registration document I had to break the boxes to all their branches because they had lost it, now it turns out to have problems with the engine sensors (which does not mean what they are). in short, if you want a car from them, get it new or get a guarantee that it costs as much as the car.
