I was followed by Mr. Maugeri for the purchase of my new Ford and I was very satisfied, he was always clear and available regarding the quote and the contract.

Non sono stati in grado di fare una verniciatura decente,collegare la chiusura centralizzata , né la accensione interna. Dopo aver segnalato per la terza volta infiltrazioni d’acqua, come unica soluzione mi propinano di forare il cassone di un’auto ancora in garanzia . Ho dovuto contattare personalmente il fornitore del pezzo che mi ha assicurato che l’unica conclusione alle infiltrazioni era data dalla NON rimoZione delle guarnizioni in fase di asciugatura vernice. Patteggiamo con la rimozione dell’hard top, e la restituzione della somma pagata. Mi rimontano il rollbar, senza tappi copri bulloni, all’ennesima segnalazione, il signor cremonesi responsabile della Vicenda, mi liquida dicendo che hanno montato tutto quanto in loro possesso . Follia. Dopo 3 mesi di problemi mi ritrovo senza hard top in pieno inverno, e con il mio pezzo originale mancante di una parte. Ovviamente la cosa non. Finisce qui. Non fate toccare le vostre auto da questi incapaci . Rivolgetevi altrove ma non al gruppovis ne ora né mai. Un branco di inetti cafoni e saccenti. Inefficient, incapable, useless. 3 months to try to mount a hard top on a pickup. They have not been able to do a decent paint job, connect the central locking, nor the internal ignition. After reporting water infiltrations for the third time, the only solution is to puncture the body of a car still under warranty. I had to personally contact the supplier of the piece who assured me that the only conclusion to the infiltrations was the NON-removal of the gaskets during the paint drying phase. We negotiate with the removal of the hard top, and the return of the amount paid. They reassemble the rollbar, without bolt caps, on the umpteenth signal, Mr. Cremonese responsible for the affair, dismisses me by saying that they have mounted everything in their possession. Folly. After 3 months of problems I find myself without a hard top in the middle of winter, and with my original piece missing a part. Obviously the thing doesn't. It ends here. Do not let these incapable ones touch your cars. Look elsewhere but not the gruppovis now or ever. A bunch of inept peasants and know-it-alls.
M	Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo i primi km fatti con la nostra nuova Ford Kuga abbiamo portato l'auto in assistenza per risolvere piccoli problemi di vibrazioni ed assemblaggio. Un piccolo ed imprevisto incidente alla carrozzeria ci ha costretto ha ritornare ma sia per la parte di carrozzeria che di meccanica il personale si è dimostrato molto professionale e preparato. Aggiungo anche ho trovato operatori cortesi e pazienti...molto pazienti: hanno compreso le nostre segnalazioni ed hanno risolto le problematiche. Bravi! After the first km made with our new Ford Kuga we took the car to service to solve small problems of vibrations and assembly. A small and unexpected accident at the body shop forced us to return but for both the bodywork and the mechanics the staff proved to be very professional and prepared. I also add I found courteous and patient operators ... very patient: they understood our reports and solved the problems. Well done!
