Mi hanno risposto vagamente su aggiornamenti navigatore e un pezzo in garanzia. Mi hanno fatto pagare molto sapendo che non sarei mai tornato. Diffidate deliquenti
I had to rely on them for kia warranty validity. They didn't warn me that they would lose their mandate from Kia in the same month. They answered me vaguely about navigator updates and a warranty piece. They charged me a lot knowing I would never come back. Beware of delinquents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Continuate imperterriti ad inviare e-mail ricordando di fare il tagliando alle mie auto. Troppo comodo cercare di affiliarsi i clienti ricordando di fare il tagliando per spillare altri soldi. I problemi riscontrati in garanzia più volte reclamati direttamente alla Vs. officina, quelli NO non li VOLETE risolvere perchè vi costano soldi e, alla faccia della casa madre risultereste fanalino di coda. Meglio far finta di nulla e, a fine anno ricevere qualche riconoscimento dalla stessa Citroen alla quale non avete fatto spendere un euro per interventi in garanzia.
Tra un mese le mie auto saranno fuori garanzia e, ci posso scommettere che allora, i difetti riscontrati sareste pronti a riconoscerli ed a risolverli. Ovviamente facendomi pagare l'intervento.
ASSURDO! Ad ogni modo state tranquilli, ho già provveduto a fare i tagliandi alle mie auto presso officine più serie. Comportatevi meglio con i clienti!
Continue undeterred to send e-mails remembering to have my cars serviced. Too convenient to try to affiliate customers by remembering to do the coupon to get more money. The problems found under warranty repeatedly complained directly to your workshop, the NO ones you DO NOT WANT to solve because they cost you money and, in spite of the parent company, you would be tailed off. Better to ignore it and, at the end of the year, receive some recognition from Citroen itself, which you have not made to spend a euro for warranty interventions.
In a month my cars will be out of warranty and, I can bet that by then, the defects found you would be ready to recognize them and solve them. Obviously making me pay for the surgery.
ABSURD! In any case, rest assured, I have already done the servicing of my cars at more serious workshops. Behave better with customers!

Tutto bene sia in fase di trattativa con il venditore Luca, che in fase di consegna con il Sig. Massimo. Tutti gentilissimi e pazienti. Vettura stupenda. Non posso che dare 5 stelle. Grazie per il trattamento riservato a me e alla mia famiglia.
A few days ago, I bought a used vehicle from Boldrin Centro Auto (a Ford B-max) and I can only be satisfied with it. Everything is fine both in the negotiation phase with the seller Luca, and in the delivery phase with Mr. Massimo. All very kind and patient. Wonderful car. I can only give it 5 stars. Thank you for your treatment of me and my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pochi giorni fa ho ritirato una C3 A km 0 non posso che essere molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto.... sia con le trattative con il rivenditore Eris e sia nella consegna con il sig. Massimo, poi un ringraziamento alle signore in ufficio molto gentili e professionali per quanto riguarda la disponibilità nella gestione della documentazione.
A few days ago I picked up a C3 A km 0 I can only be very satisfied with the purchase .... both with the negotiations with the Eris dealer and in the delivery with Mr. Massimo, then a thank you to the very kind and professional ladies in the office regarding the availability in the management of the documentation.
