Mi sono fermato questa mattina, SENZA appuntamento, chiedendo un piccolo (banale, se volete) intervento sulla mia KADJAR ( non acquistata da loro). Accoglienza immediata e in meno di 30 minuti me ne sono andato con l'auto sistemata e una spesa ridicola. Ho trovato solo persone disponibili, attente e cordiali. Complimenti! Personal opinion: friendliness, assistance, attention to the customer are fully confirmed. I stopped by this morning, WITHOUT an appointment, asking for a small (trivial, if you like) intervention on my KADJAR (not purchased by them). Immediate reception and in less than 30 minutes I left with the car fixed and a ridiculous expense. I only found people available, attentive and friendly. Congratulations!

Luigi , capo meccanico, si è risolto tutto nel giro di pochi giorni. E già che c'ero ho fatto il tagliando ,prossimo alla scadenza! Grazie ancora per la vostra professionalità I had a problem with my Clio during the holidays but thanks to the great availability and kindness of Mr. Andrea to the acceptance and competence of Mr. Luigi, chief mechanic, everything was resolved within a few days. Poi successivamente sono stato ricontattato per essere informato di un'altra eventuale riparazione a mia discrezione. Nella giornata, anche in anticipo all'orario convenuto, sono stato raggiunto telefonicamente e via sms per il ritiro dell'auto. Abitando fuori Saronno ho molto apprezzato la puntualità. I was received at the time fixed in the appointment and after defining the intervention on my Twingo I was immediately informed of the amount of the estimate. Then later I was contacted to be informed of another possible repair at my discretion. During the day, even before the agreed time, I was reached by phone and via text message to collect the car. Living outside Saronno, I greatly appreciated punctuality.
