C'è stato un piccolo problema nella ricezione del referto, ma in seguito a segnalazione telefonica hanno prontamente posto riparo, scusandosi più volte. Questa è serietà e professionalità. La struttura è nuova, buona la reception e la gestione del cliente, la palestra con macchinari nuovi e personal trainer presenti. Diverse stanze (molto pulite ed ordinate) per la fisiochinesiterapia. E per di più, avendo prenotato con un assicurazione privata, hanno annullato il voucher scrivendo che non ci siamo presentati. Mi risponde un cafone con risposte del tipo: "ah!lo fa già altrove? Dove?" con fare seccato invadendo la mia privacy, ma come se non bastasse quando pronuncio il nome dell'altro centro sapete cosa mi risponde? "Imbarazzante! Complimenti" Risultato: ho annullato entrambi gli appuntamenti perchè non intendo essere giudicata da uno che nella vita non saprebbe lavorare neanche al mercato del pesce. Non posso recensire la struttura dato che non mi è stata data l'opportunità di provarla, ma questa recensione spero possa aiutare per il futuro, aiutare tutti quegli specialisti che si appoggiano al centro per guadagnare dopo anni di fatica e sudore per lo studio e che purtroppo sono nelle mani di gente così! Mi sorge spontaneo capire con quale criterio uno così sia stato assunto con l'idea di stare a contatto con il pubblico. Chissà quanti clienti state perdendo! Attenti!
