Aliprandi, nel suo collega (mi scuso non ricordo il nome) e nel tecnico che ha eseguito la risonanza una professionalità e soprattutto un'attenzione alla persona eccezionali. Complimenti. I needed to do an MRI of my shoulder. I found in Dr. Aliprandi, in his colleague (I apologize, I don't remember the name) and in the technician who performed the MRI, an exceptional professionalism and above all an attention to the person. Well done.

L ho sempre fatta da voi cn un medico che era il Top(G.I) Andato ora in pensione Molto scrupoloso, lento e quindi attento! Questa volta mi spiace dirlo ma nn mi ha soddisfatta cn questo medico ! A	Angelo Vertemati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un mio errore di trascrizione dell'orario (errore ammesso) sono arrivato con 20 minuti di ritardo, e sono stato rispedito a casa con nuovo appuntamento a distanza di un mese e mezzo, per un esame che aspettavo da oltre due mesi e con una patologia in corso. Da paziente mi è capitato di aspettare ore in ospedali e altre strutture per fare visite o esami, credo che in un periodo come questo, dove le tempistiche sono lunghissime e le problematiche legate alla pandemia enormi, un po' di flessibilità e tolleranza anche dall'altra parte, sarebbero più che auspicabili. Due to my mistake in transcribing the time (admitted error) I arrived 20 minutes late, and I was sent home with a new appointment after a month and a half, for an exam I had been waiting for over two months and with a pathology in progress. As a patient I happened to wait hours in hospitals and other structures to make visits or exams, I believe that in a period like this, where the times are very long and the problems related to the pandemic are enormous, a little flexibility and tolerance also from on the other hand, they would be more than desirable.

La precedente recensione faceva notare, a mio modesto modo di vedere e da non medico, l’inutilità nell’essersi sottoposti ad un mezzo di contrasto a 70 anni dopo 9 cicli di chemio per fare una tc che di fatto dovrà esser ripetuta il prossimo 18 maggio - presso altra struttura, ma magari mi sbaglio. Non posso esser colpevole di aver provato un sentimento negativo. Mi scuso, se è questo quello che importa, con il dottore (medico peraltro di cui non ho fatto il nome). Purtroppo le 5 stelle di Google, sempre a parer mio, non son per tutti. I found myself VERY wrong with this radiology study, hoping you like this formula. A	A “L” R76 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era una struttura seria. Purtroppo hanno sfruttato il covid per staccare completamente i telefoni e obbligare la gente a servirsi del solo sito internet. Sempre irraggiungibili via telefono...dunque servizi per la clientela ridotti all'osso. E...ovviamente...no, i prezzi non sono stati cambiati. Dunque nessun servizio al cliente, ma prezzi rimasti invariati. Mi auguro che possano chiudere presto It was a serious structure. Vedo la disponibilità e l'umanità di tutti i suoi operatori nell'andare incontro ai pazienti. I più ringraziano per aver trovato risposte ai loro bisogni di salute e si augurano che un così prezioso servizio, patrimonio della collettività, possa proseguire con serenità la propria attività. Dispiace vedere l'atteggiamento di chi infanga via internet la reputazione altrui coprendosi dietro l'anonimato . E' fuori tempo e fuori luogo. Every day I see many people turn to the Bernasconi Radiology Clinic for its renowned professionalism, even and despite the heavy pandemic period. I see the availability and humanity of all its operators in reaching out to patients. Most of them are grateful for having found answers to their health needs and hope that such a precious service, a patrimony of the community, can continue its business with serenity. Sorry to see the attitude of those who tarnish the reputation of others via the internet by hiding behind anonymity. It is out of time and out of place.

Vado a fare gli esami del sangue (veloci e gentili), e tutte le risonanze e radiografie ed ecografie che mi son servite finora. Non se ne può parlar male, sono bravi, professionali, gentili ed educati, qualcuno un po' freddo ok ma non si può piacere a tutti. L'importante è che il loro lavoro lo svolgano bene e con attrezzature e macchinari adeguati e all'avanguardia. Per quanto riguarda telefonicamente parlando... io mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Si è vero, le loro linee sono sempre occupate, ma perché c'è sempre molta gente che chiama. Io vado sul loro sito, prenoto la chiamata specificando la mia richiesta, ed entro breve tempo nello stesso giorno vengo richiamata, e parlo sempre con una signorina/ra gentile ed educata. Non riscontro tutte queste vostre meschinità che avete descritto in questo Studio medico, anzi.. e lo frequento da tanti anni.. A volte forse bisogna solamente essere un po' più educati e gentili nei confronti di chi lavora per noi.. lavoriamo tutti, e tutti quanti odiamo la gente maleducata e sbruffona o che urla e ci insulta. Buona giornata! :D I have always been happy with this radiological study. I'm going to have the blood tests (quick and gentle), and all the MRIs and x-rays and ultrasounds I've needed so far. You can't talk badly about them, they are good, professional, kind and polite, someone a bit cold ok but you can't please everyone. The important thing is that they do their work well and with adequate and cutting-edge equipment and machinery. As for by phone speaking ... I have always had a great time. It is true, their lines are always busy, but because there are always a lot of people calling. I go to their site, I book the call specifying my request, and within a short time in the same day I am called back, and I always speak with a kind and polite young lady. I do not find all these meanness of yours that you have described in this medical office, on the contrary .. and I have been attending it for many years .. Sometimes maybe you just need to be a little more polite and kind towards those who work for us .. we all work, and we all hate people who are rude and boastful or who yell and insult us.
