Mio figlio oggi pomeriggio aveva un ecografia addome completo, ma il medico ha rifiutato di eseguire l'esame, perché eravamo in ritardo di 20 min. Semplicemente vergognoso e il medico che ha deciso così, per niente professionale e oserei dire disumano. Bad experience. Ma l'ultima volta volevo effettuare una prenotazione al telefono per di più privatamente e sono stata trattata veramente male, mi ha anche detto che non voleva perdere troppo tempo al telefono , alla fine ho chiesto di darsi una regolata perché se no non avrei continuato la conversazione e lei ha smesso di parlare non ha più risposto. Sempre molto affollato ma ben organizzato tra appuntamenti e prenotazioni. È strutturato in tre palazzine a seconda degli esami da eseguire, la più utilizzata è quella che si trova a sinistra dall' ingresso anche perché è dove si prenotano e si pagano gli esami. Per accedere agli sportelli bisogna munirsi del numero che eroga un totem interattivo; normalmente l'attesa è abbastanza breve anche perché le operatrici sono competenti, pazienti, gentili, comprensive. Capita anche che determinati esami strumentali vengano eseguiti la domenica. Le apparecchiature utilizzate sono all' avanguardia e di recente costruzione, i locali sono ben puliti ed ordinati. Il posteggio per l'auto è la nota dolente, nelle immediate vicinanze sono disponibili pochi posti non essendoci un parcheggio. Multidisciplinary radiological center.
