★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio aperto ai consumatori di acqua potabile dei comuni della provincia di Monza e Brianza. Non facilissimo da raggiungere a causa di mancanza di segnalazioni stradali e per vie a senso unico di percorrenza. Nei pressi dell' entrata ci sono dei posti per parcheggiare l'auto ma sono in numero limitato, bisogna trovare qualche posto nelle vie vicine. Il locale è accogliente e pulito, con diverse poltroncine per l' attesa del proprio turno. Entrando bisogna prendere il numero dal totem interattivo e uno schermo evidenzia lo sportello a cui rivolgersi. Il personale è abbastanza preparato ma forse un po' distante dalle problematiche degli utenti. I tempi di attesa sono comunque abbastanza contenuti.
Office open to drinking water consumers in the municipalities of the province of Monza and Brianza. Not very easy to reach due to lack of road signs and one-way routes. Near the entrance there are places to park the car but they are limited in number, you have to find some places in the nearby streets. The restaurant is cozy and clean, with several armchairs to wait for your turn. Upon entering you have to take the number from the interactive totem and a screen highlights the counter to turn to. The staff is quite prepared but perhaps a little distant from the problems of the users. The waiting times are however quite contained.
