★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un telefonata preliminare molto gentile, gli ho fatto portare al loro domicilio un apparecchio fermo in cantina da tre anni, già aperto da me, solo per fargli verificare se funzionasse correttamente , mi telefonano per dirmi che funziona tutto, chiedo di farmi un preventivo per cambio filtro , al telefono mi danno dei prezzi al volo, successivamente qualche giorno dopo mi dicono che i prezzi sono diversi e molto più alti . Spazientito chiedo che mi venga inviato un preventivo definitivo per email , mi sento dire che non hanno tempo da perdere ( dal sig. Emanule Buggio ) . A quel punto dichiaro che in assenza di preventivo scritto e certo andrò a ritirare l apparecchio. Nel giro di 5 minuti arrivano tre righe in cui scopro che per cambiare il mio tipo di filtro che non hanno, ( refiner che costa 40 euro ) mi cambiano la testa per montarmi il loro filtro e mi consigliano l'installazione di un manometro. Il tutto per la modica cifra di 309 euro ( iva compresa o meno sarebbe stata la sorpresa finale) .Avendolo comprato nuovo allo stesso prezzo , ringrazio e mando mio figlio a ritirarlo non accettando ovviamente il preventivo. Gli sono stati richiesti 45 euro.....per accendere un apparecchio già aperto e vedere che funziona.
Non aggiungo altro. Ovviamente è ritorsione per non avere accettato preventivo , per altro fuori luogo. Se fossi andato io avrei chiamato la Polizia. Vedete voi. Prima di portargli qualsiasi cosa riflettete sull'errore che state commettendo.

I do not add anything else. Obviously it is retaliation for not having accepted a quote, otherwise out of place. If I had gone I would have called the police. See you. Before bringing anything to him, consider the mistake you are making.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’impianto funziona bene e i ragazzi della manutenzione sono gentili e preparati. Unica pecca è quasi impossibile parlare con una segretaria competente...il telefono è perennemente occupato e quando risponde la voce femminile dice sempre che “riferisce alla collega”....mah...?
The system works well and the maintenance guys are kind and prepared. The only flaw is it is almost impossible to speak to a competent secretary ... the phone is perpetually busy and when the female voice answers, she always says that "refer to the colleague" .... mah ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richiesta una bombola per gasare l'acqua il 7 luglio.
14 telefonate dopo, in cui l'unica risposta è sempre stata "la collega è già uscita, la faccio richiamare io domani" quel domani è arrivato il 22 settembre: bombola consegnata il 24 settembre.
Quasi 3 mesi per una bombola...
...non voglio immaginare se dovesse esserci un problema alla macchina!!

14 phone calls later, in which the only answer has always been "the colleague has already left, I will call her back tomorrow" that tomorrow arrived on 22 September: cylinder delivered on 24 September.
Almost 3 months for a cylinder ...
... I don't want to imagine if there should be a problem with the car !!

Vi farò scrivere dal mio avvocato quando bisogna mettere un prodotto e pagare siete tutti bravi, quando bisogna toglierlo siete incompleti 230 euro x togliere l macchina e mi dite xo si deve far mettere dei tappi da un idraulico.
Poi accetto si farvi tornare x i tappi la dipendente mi aveva detto solo 50 euro l’uscita, arriva il ragazzo e sono altri 130 euro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prelievo d'acqua di casa fatto il 8 feb. Il tecnico mi ha detto che avrei i risultati via email in qualche giorno (l'acqua puzza di feci e ci ha dato diarrhea a tutta la famiglia). Oggi siamo il 26 feb e non abbiamo ancora ricevuto i risultati. L'avvocato della mia proprietaria, invece, ci a mandato un avvertimento par email, 2 giorni fa, in cui dice che TECO ha già comunicato i risultati a lei, e che l'acqua in nostro appartamento e contaminata di batterie coliforme, e noi non dobbiamo berla. Ieri e oggi, ho chiamato almeno 6 volte a TECO per sapere i risultati, e fanno finta di non sapere niente. La persona che mi può aiutare è sempre fuori e si rifiuta di chiamarmi. Come americano, sono davvero scioccato da questa manca di organizzazione e manca di responsabilità. In mio paese, non sarebbe tollerata.
House water sampling done on Feb 8. The technician told me I would have the results via email in a few days (the water smells like feces and he gave us diarrhea to the whole family). Today is Feb 26th and we haven't received the results yet. My owner's lawyer, on the other hand, sent us a warning by email, 2 days ago, in which she says that TECO has already communicated the results to her, and that the water in our apartment is contaminated with coliform batteries, and we we must not drink it. Yesterday and today, I called TECO at least 6 times to find out the results, and they pretend not to know anything. The person who can help me is always out and refuses to call me. As an American, I am really shocked by this lack of organization and lack of accountability. In my country, it would not be tolerated.

Promettono servizi e parlo di sostituzione bombola gas per acqua frizzante, in quanto la guarnizione non teneva, prendo ore di permesso per essere a casa e oggi mi sento dire che ho capito male io. Professionalità zero!!!! cura del cliente zero!!!!!!!!!! disponibilità zero!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ed ora aspettiamo mercoledì sperando di risolvere il problema se così si può chiamare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente privi di professionalità e competenza. Mi hanno chiesto 50 euro per venire ad attaccare una bombola per la gasatura Dell acqua che non hanno montato durante la consegna a causa di un errore fatto da loro. Senza parole. Mai capitata una cosa del genere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo più di 10 anni ho rivisto le mie valutazioni fino ad ora abbastanza positive dell'azienda.
Va tutto bene finchè si tratta di manutenzione ordinaria .
Vi auguro di non aver bisogno di assistenza pechè è ... inesistente.
Lunedì 09/5 in serata si è rotto l'impianto.
Martedì 10/05 alle 08,00 ho richiesto l'intervento del tecnico a causa del guasto, mi è stato detto che i tecnici erano in riunione e a breve mi avrebbero chiamato.
Martedì 10/05 ore 10,00 prima telefonata di sollecito mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero chiamato
Martedì 10/05 ore 14.19 seconda telefonata di sollecito, ho ridato il numero per praticità e potermi richiamare velocemente ( così ho inteso)e farmi sapere qualcosa, ho fatto presente che non si trattava di manutenzione ma di un guasto.
Mercoledì 11/05 ore 13,17 non ho sentito ancora nessuno, mi sento presa in giro e vedremo come andrà a finire.
L'unica cosa sicura sono le mie rivalutazioni sull'assistenza tecnica dell'azienda.
Ho chiamato l'idraulico e oggi andrò a compre un buona scorta d'acqua.
