★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato tre depuratori per tre case, venerdì ho istallato il terzo, tecnici tutti competenti, stamattina mi accorgo che c'era una piccola perdita ho chiamato al numero dell assistenza alle nove e a mezzogiorno è ripassato il tecnico Lorenzo che aveva fatto l'istallazione e ha risolto subito il problema. Azienda competente e ben organizzata. Sono veramente soddisfatto, quanto prima provvederò a valutare anche gli altri prodotti presentatomi i dalla vostra esperta Acqualife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uscito il tecnico per manutenzione e revisione depuratore Osmostar. Risultato: dopo 10 minuti il depuratore perdeva acqua dalla pompa. Macchina che fino a 10 minuti prima lavorava una bellezza (ultime bottiglie riempite: poco prima che entrasse in casa). La scusa é stata che il depuratore invecchiando si é danneggiato, proponendomi una permuta. Nessuno dell'azienda si é ancora fatto sentire.
