★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato, mi sono sempre trovata bene soprattutto con il signor Marcello (persona gentile e preparata che continuo a stimare) ma quest'anno non posso dire lo stesso! Attenti, se avete osato compilare in autonomia la dsu /isee online e pensate di rivolgere una semplice domanda alla gentilissima signora che se ne occupa, preparatevi a sentirvi dire che se non sei tesserato non rilasciano informazioni...esiste un numero verde apposito dell'Inps... tutto ciò nonostante abbia più volte ribadito che preferivo ottenere una risposta da persone che vedo in faccia e delle quali mi fidavo piuttosto che da un operatore sconosciuto di un numero verde.
Che amarezza, sempre la stessa storia, solo chi paga viene tutelato!

Too bad, I have always found good especially with Mr. Marcello (kind and prepared person that I continue to estimate) but this year I can't say the same! Careful, if you dared to complete the online dsu / isee on your own and think of asking a simple question to the very kind lady who takes care of it, be prepared to hear that if you are not registered they do not release information ... there is a special toll-free number on the Inps ... all this despite having repeatedly reiterated that I preferred to get an answer from people I see in the face and whom I trusted rather than from an unknown operator of a toll-free number.
What bitterness, always the same story, only those who pay are protected!
