S	Susanna Bergo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho 20 anni ed è il secondo anno che mi reco in questa sede per l'isee universitario. sicuramente l'anno prossimo andrò da un'altra parte! la responsabile di questo servizio risulta scorbutica, maleducata e poco disponibile. il primo anno, non avendo mai fatto questo isee, il giorno dell'appuntamento mancavano dei documenti e l'impiegata si è mostrata piuttosto infastidita, ponendosi con un atteggiamento piuttosto presuntuoso, quasi volesse evidenziare la mia ignoranza in questo ambito ( se avessi le sue conoscenze di certo non mi recherei lì, ma mi arrangerei da sola! ) quest'anno invece, sono arrivata all'appuntamento alle ore 9.52 anzichè alle 9.45 ( di certo non perchè sono rimasta a letto a dormire, ma a causa di altri impegni ) e non mi ha ricevuto : ho dovuto prenotare un altro appuntamento, perchè altrimenti "gli altri Signori non sarebbero stati ricevuti in orario e si sarebbero arrabbiati con Lei" , testuali parole .. poi fa niente se mio padre facendo un 730 ha dovuto attendere 40 minuti !! pessimo servizio, mi spiace. sono molto più carini, gentili e disponibili tutti i volontari che lavorano lì e non Lei che è stipendiata ed è il suo lavoro. I am 20 years old and it is the second year that I go here for the university isee. surely next year I will go somewhere else! the head of this service is grumpy, rude and not very helpful. the first year, having never done this isee, the day of the appointment lacked documents and the clerk showed herself rather annoyed, placing herself with a rather presumptuous attitude, as if to highlight my ignorance in this area (if I had her I certainly would not go there, but I would manage on my own!) this year however, I arrived at 9.52 instead of 9.45 (certainly not because I stayed in bed to sleep but because of other commitments) and did not receive me: I had to book another appointment, because otherwise "the other Lords would not have been received on time and would have been angry with you", words in word .. then it does nothing if my father doing a 730 had to wait 40 minutes !! bad service, sorry. they are much nicer, kinder, and helpful than all the volunteers who work there and not her, who is a salaried and it's her job.

Pet colpa loro la mia pratica e' slittata di tre mesi tempo perso. Dovrebbero selezionare le persone prima di occupare certi posti.Povera Italy sempre peggio. Bad service. Incompetent rude. I don't understand if they are paid or volunteered this would change everything. It's their fault, my file slipped three months in wasted time. They should select people before filling certain posts. Poor Italy getting worse.
