Scandaloso I entered at 4:30 pm and left at 4:38 pm to be told little and nothing but the sum was exorbitant more than € 100 for an 8 minute visit. Scandalous

Il centro è davvero bellissimo e ben organizzato, è dotato di apparecchiature di ultima generazione e il personale è molto disponibile, premuroso e gentile. Mi sono recato in mattinata per una visita e dopo 2 ore l'ho effettuata con la Dott.ssa Gotti che è un'angiologa davvero speciale, mi è piaciuta tanto ed è stata davvero brava. Consiglio davvero il centro perché sono il TOP. I met this medical center by chance as it was just recently opened in Arcore. The center is really beautiful and well organized, it is equipped with the latest equipment and the staff is very helpful, caring and kind. I went in the morning for a visit and after 2 hours I did it with Dott.ssa Gotti who is a very special angiologist, I liked her so much and she was really good. I really recommend the center because I am the TOP.

Preso appuntamento per mia moglie alle 10,30 per una ecografia. arriviamo in sede alle 10,22 sbrighiamo le pratiche e ci dicono di aspettare. IN totale piu' di 35 minuti di attesa. Facevano passare pazienti con appuntamenti dopo le 10,30 solo perche' erano arrivati prima (mai vista una situazione del genere nemmeno dal medico generico, si entra in ordine di appuntamento non di arrivo!!) il medico si giustifica del ritardo dicendo " non sapevo di tutti questi appuntamenti" ma siamo in una struttura pubblica dove la destra non sa cosa fa la sinistra?. Al medico gli dispiaceva, ma i soldini li ha voluti lo stesso! devo fare degli altri esami ecografici sia io che mi moglie, ma andremo in altre strutture, sicuramente non qui! the ultrasound visit was good even if it was rushed and hurried. Personale gentile accogliente e professionale che mi ha fatto subito sentire a mio agio. Bravissima l'operatrice che ha eseguito il prelievo. Lo consiglio e penso di tornarci per i prossimi prelievi. I went to the center for a pickup. New, clean and technologically advanced environment. Friendly welcoming and professional staff who immediately made me feel at ease. The operator who performed the sample was very good. I recommend it and plan to come back for the next withdrawals.

Mi hanno fatto un prelievo di sangue e non me ne sono neanche accorto, la dottoressa ha mano ferma! Tornerò sicuramente per altre analisi in futuro. Consigliato! I had a really good time, clean environment, friendly and competent staff. They did a blood test and I didn't even notice it, the doctor has a steady hand! I will definitely come back for more analysis in the future. Recommended!

Molto operativa verso coloro che ne fruiscono,io in particolare mi recai per una visita dermatologica e devo dire che l’attesa non è stata neanche troppo lunga per potermi presentare dal medico,inoltre il medico è stato estremante professionale e competente nel suo lavoro ed all’accoglienza altrettanto. Excellent structure…. Very operational towards those who benefit from it, I in particular went for a dermatological visit and I must say that the wait was not even too long to be able to present myself to the doctor, moreover the doctor was extremely professional and competent in his work and welcome equally.

Non conoscono le condizioni di polizza del partner con cui sono convenzionati. Risultato: tempo e denaro sprecati. Visite prenotate altrove senza alcun problema. Mi sono sentita poco bene all'interno della struttura subito volevano chiamare ambulanza, non c'è la presenza di un medico se non a tarda mattina e gli operatori non sapendo gestire la situazione hanno chiamato subito il 118. Hanno avuto paura perché sono sulla sedia a rotelle, non credo che si sarebbero comportati così con una persona normale, in un laboratorio voglio vedere se per una persona che sviene o ha capogiri si chiama d'urgenza l'ambulanza Kind people, far too caring and insistent.
