D	Dan Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un sacco di ingressi e poca segnaletica poco chiara, parcheggio privato, ho dovuto parcheggiare lontanissimo, avevo prenotato delle analisi del sangue specifici ma al momento che sono arrivato mi chiedo se ero a stomaco vuoto... ma non me lo potevano dire quando ho prenotato?! ho sprecato mezza giornata di permesso dal lavoro per niente! Sono convenzionato con metasalute, ho notato che molte altre recensioni negative sono proprio di persone che hanno delle convenzioni.... aggiornamento: sabato 8 fatto le famigerate analisi... i risultati saranno disponibili il 24!!!! Facevo prima in ospedale, a saperlo prima che ci mettono un mese, evitavo!!! a lot of entrances and little unclear signage, private parking, I had to park far away, I had booked specific blood tests but when I arrived I wonder if I was on an empty stomach ... but they couldn't tell me when I booked ?! I wasted half a day off work for nothing! I have an agreement with metasalute, I have noticed that many other negative reviews are from people who have conventions .... update: Saturday 8 made the infamous analysis ... the results will be available on the 24th !!!! I used to go to the hospital before, to know before it takes a month, I avoided !!!

Personale di reception gentilissimo, professionale, cordiale e che non ti fa sentire utente di "serie b" nonostante tu sia un mutuato e non un pagante. Medico che ha eseguito la diagnostica preparato, cordiale e che ti fa sentire a tuo agio. Bravi. Agreements with the local Ulss, I performed an MRI. Reception staff very kind, professional, friendly and who do not make you feel like a "Serie B" user even though you are a borrower and not a payer. A	Arianna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo centro sono stata un paio di volte ma solo per fare certificati medico sportivi e una sola volta per una visita(ecografia all'addome).Il personale di segreteria è stato molto gentile,non c'era molta attesa e anche con il medico che mi ha seguita non ho nulla da ridire ,anzi gentile e molto competente nel dare spiegazioni ai miei quesiti. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia ho trovato tutto ben pulito,distanziamento delle sedie e separatore alla cassa,gel igienizzanti presenti. I have been to this center a couple of times but only to get medical sports certificates and only once for a visit (ultrasound of the abdomen) .The secretarial staff was very kind, there was not much waiting and also with the doctor who followed me I have nothing to say, indeed kind and very competent in giving explanations to my questions. As for cleaning, I found everything very clean, spacing of the chairs and separator at the cash desk, sanitizing gels present.

Si tratta di uno studio medico poli-ambulatoriale in cui operano vari professionisti che non comunicano né fra loro né con un eventuale segreteria di raccordo. Contattare uno dei singoli medici o comunque ottenere dei loro recapiti è più complicato e astruso che ottenere un'udienza da Bergoglio, in poche parole le signorine che stanno alla reception stanno lì per prenotare le visite e per riscuotere, non certo per agevolare i pazienti nella risoluzione dei loro problemi. Se dovete fare una singola visita può essere un ottima struttura, ma se invece avete dei problemi più complessi che comportano la prenotazione di fisioterapie (mi hanno annullato/spostato per ben due volte nell'arco di un mese delle terapie prenotate) oppure che comportano le visite di più medici meglio che vi rivolgiate a un'altra struttura A mio modo di vedere sono davvero poco professionali e soprattutto poco rispettosi If you are expecting to interact with an organically organized clinic you are completely out of the way. If you have to do a single visit it can be an excellent structure, but if you have more complex problems that involve booking physiotherapy (I have canceled / moved me twice within a month of the therapies booked) or that involve the visits from multiple doctors better go to another facility In my view they are really unprofessional and above all not very respectful

Personalmente ho fatto visite oculistiche dermatologiche risonanze raggi fisioterapie estetica ecc, mi sono trovato molto bene nell accoglienza, prenotazione, visita, personale simpatico. Consigliato decisamente Structure with many medical professionals in all sectors. Personally, I have had eye examinations, dermatological resonances, rays, aesthetic physiotherapy, etc., I found myself very well in the reception, booking, visit, nice staff. Definitely recommended
A	Athena Sissakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were hesitant to take our PCR test here because of the various bad reviews but I’m so glad we did. The service was great, they speak English fluently, and our test result were available by the following day at 1pm as promised. The results are provided in PDF form in both English and Italian; the PCR test costs 70 euros. We traveled back to Canada with absolutely no issues. You are required to book an appointment. If you are visiting Venice, it is very easy to commute to the medical center from the island (from Piazzale Roma you take 1 bus which costs only 1.50 euros).
E	Ever Salazar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my PCR here. You need to call in advance to make an appointment. They said the results were going to take 24 hours, but they took 12 hours. They speak English, Spanish and Italian. Great service and very kind (I only found 70€ for a PCR a bit expensive, but it seems that's the usual price in Italy)
