Reputo che nei rapporti contrattuali la chiarezza sia un fattore fondamentale. ho trovato gia' dall'accoglienza la cortesia che ci si deve aspettare, continuata poi fino alla consegna della mia stupenda CUPRA Formentor?. Ringrazio vivamente lo staff Ricchi auto in particolar modo, alla pazienza di Federico che ha saputo dar risposte a tutte le mie numerevoli domande. Felice di esser diventato un vostro nuovo cliente. I think that's what we all do .. in the end I chose Ricchi auto, because no one else was able to give me the same security that they gave me. Faccio però presente una mia esperienza che purtroppo non si è conclusa nei migliori dei modi : dopo aver firmato il contratto e versata la caparra, come da note legali scritte nel contratto, non vi è presente il diritto di recesso. Come è capitato a me, recedendo dal contratto, per problemi personali, la quota versata come "deposito cauzionale", non è stata restituita, come la legge prevedere per preservare il diritto di ogni venditore. Difatti la colpa non risulta essere della concessionaria, ma delle clausole che debbano rispettare. Certamente, mi sarei aspettato un confronto umanitario da parte loro, che c'è stato, ma non risolvendo la problematica. Un consiglio : certe note, vanno riferite subito al cliente e spiegate bene. Anche consigliare di acquistare l'auto tramite email, purché non in sede, in modo da poter utilizzare sempre il "diritto di ripensamento", presente come articolo 12 del contratto che andate a firmare. Può tornare sempre utile per quei clienti "poco convinti". Beautiful headquarters, beautiful machines, good consultants! However, I would like to point out an experience of mine which unfortunately did not end in the best possible way: after having signed the contract and paid the deposit, as per the legal notes written in the contract, there is no right of withdrawal. As it happened to me, by withdrawing from the contract, due to personal problems, the amount paid as a "security deposit" was not returned, as the law provides to preserve the rights of each seller. In fact, the fault does not appear to lie with the concessionaire, but with the clauses that must be respected. Of course, I would have expected a humanitarian confrontation on their part, which has taken place, but not solving the problem. A piece of advice: certain notes must be reported immediately to the customer and explained well. Also advise to buy the car by email, as long as not in the office, so that you can always use the "right of second thoughts", present as article 12 of the contract you are going to sign. It can always be useful for those "unconvinced" customers.

Mi sono trovato molto bene,ero entrato con molti dubbi,e sono uscito con una macchina top di gamma ad un prezzo onesto,il venditore ha dato delle tempistiche e sono state mantenute alla lettera,e questo non è da tutti.
