Ci siamo affidati a loro per rifare le chiavi dell'auto. Avendo nel pacchetto assicurativo anche l'assistenza con il carro attrezzi abbiamo comunicato alla segretaria che non avevamo bisogno di questo servizio da loro, che ci saremmo occupati noi di fargli avere l'auto. In tutta risposta ci hanno mandato comunque il carro attrezzi (che abbiamo mandato via avendo già quello compreso nell'assicurazione) e ce lo hanno addebitato in fattura.

We relied on them to redo the car keys. Having in the insurance package also the assistance with the tow truck we informed the secretary that we did not need this service from them, that we would take care of letting them have the car. In response, they sent us the tow truck anyway (which we sent away having already included the insurance) and charged it to us.
