Se avete bisogno ve lo consiglio vivamente. I bought a leather sofa with a bed inserted, I found myself very well. I was followed by sign. Claudio a very helpful and professional person. Raccomando vivamente se si è alla ricerca di un prodotto di una elevata qualità ad un prezzo coerente. Purtroppo mi trovo costretto a modificare la prima recensione. Pur rimanendo soddisfatto dall'esperienza in fase d'acquisto, successivamente sono rimasto deluso dal comportamento in fase d'acquisto di 2 cuscini per il divano. Intendevo comprarli dello stesso colore, ho chiesto fossero dello stesso colore, ma ho indicato il codice colore errato (un problema di Copy/Paste da pdf). Accortomi della discrepanza quando ho ritirato i cuscini, il titolare si impegna alla sostituzione delle fodere senza costo. Fin qui tutto bene, salvo il fatto di vedermi arrivare una fattura di 100 € per le stesse. Chiamo per chiedere delucidazioni e mi viene risposto che hanno dovuto comprare la stoffa e siccome l'errore era stato mio avrei dovuto pagare quella cifra. A parte che non credo di essere tenuto a conoscenza i codici colore della stoffa, ma se chiedo che volevo lo stesso colore del divano mi aspetto che il fornitore si accorga dell'incongruenza. E poi rimangiarsi quanto concordato non è una bella cosa, soprattutto se ho comprato merce per svariate migliaia di euro. I found what I was looking for; quality, serious and punctual people. I highly recommend if you are looking for a high quality product at a consistent price. Unfortunately I am forced to edit the first review. While I was satisfied with the experience during the purchase phase, I was subsequently disappointed by the behavior during the purchase phase of 2 cushions for the sofa. I intended to buy them the same color, I asked them to be the same color, but I indicated the wrong color code (a problem of Copy / Paste from pdf). Noticing the discrepancy when I collected the cushions, the owner undertakes to replace the covers at no cost. So far so good, except for the fact that I get an invoice of € 100 for the same. I call to ask for clarification and I am told that they had to buy the fabric and since the mistake was mine I would have to pay that amount. Apart from that I don't think I am aware of the color codes of the fabric, but if I ask that I wanted the same color of the sofa I expect the supplier to notice the incongruity. And then taking back what has been agreed is not a good thing, especially if I bought goods for several thousand euros.
