Ringrazio Nicolas e i suoi collaboratori per la puntualità perché è arrivato dopo un mese , considerate anche tutte le festività natalizie, anche l'approccio di vendita è stato molto interessante col collegamento via WhatsApp con video molto chiari, si può vedere direttamente il prodotto in diretta. Sono rimasta veramente contenta della professionalità dimostrata ,ho avuto problemi con un piedino del divano che si è rotto probabilmente durante il trasporto ho chiesto se mi potevano mandare un ricambio e sono stati subito molto cortesi mi devono mandare pezzo . La mia esperienza è stata molto positiva quindi consiglio a tutti di acquistare i prodotti di mondo divani perché mi rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente ottimo.
