R	Riccardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho qualche dubbio sulle recensioni positive: se il tempo di consegna e di 8 settimane, perché nel momento in cui dici che appunto ti serve tra 2 mesi (che sono 8 settimane) e quindi sei lì per comprarlo adesso ti accompagnano alla porta a discorso a metà? Non sono dati consigli sul prodotto, ragionamenti, non c'è nemmeno il tempo di guardarlo e magari convincersi al comprarlo, non si viene orientati all'acquisto. Ci sarà un motivo se quel famoso divano in pronta consegna non lo vuole nessuno (ed è l'unica cosa per cui invece viene fatto un sorriso). La commessa è totalmente inutile quindi, ci vorrebbe un distributore automatico di divani al suo posto. Si viene giudicati in base all'aspetto. Per farsi sentire accolti in questo negozio bisogna superare i 40 anni e avere 10 banconote da 500€ appese al collo.? Che metro di giudizio è? Ci sono anche giovani con i soldi oggi, e guadagnati. Anche chi può spendere però, i soldi non li tira fuori con un approccio alla vendita così. Mi hanno risolto il problema con gran professionalità e consigliandoci molto bene. Devo dire che ho trovato anche le commesse Daniela e Tiziana davvero simpatiche. Oltre la cortesia e la serietà con cui ci hanno accolto e supportotato nella nostra scelta sono anche riuscite a farci uscire dal negozio con un sorriso per la loro simpatia. Trovo che quando un lavoro sia fatto bene e soprattutto comprendendo in pieno le esigenze di un cliente meriti di essere evidenziato. Comunque si fanno passo delle responsabilità e non cercano di risolvere il problema del divano acquistato da loro Il problema c’è è venuto un loro tecnico che a quanto pare detto da una delle signore del negozio non capisce nulla questo tecnico Vorrei solo capire quando verrete ad cambiare il divano? Ho mi dovrò rivolgere ad un avocato?
