Ho avuto un'esperienza molto negativa presso la concessionaria Peugeot di Bolzano e trovandomi in zona ho chiesto un appuntamento per fare il tagliando alla concessionaria Galbusera. La signora che mi ha risposto al telefono era super gentile ed é riuscita a soddisfare la richiesta in tempi brevi. Il proprietario Angelo mi ha accolta in modo davvero professionale, trovarne di persone cosí!!!Si é mostrato gentile, premuroso e disponibile. Quando ho ritirato la macchina era messa a lucido come nuova!! E sono riusciti ad aggiustarmi un problema con il finestrino passandolo in garanzia, quando a Bolzano mi avevano detto che andava sostituito e pagato!! Sono rimasta senza parole. Una conoscenza inaspettata e un servizio fantastico. É cosi che si trattano i clienti sicuramente in futuro mi rivolgerò sempre a loro! Arrivederci alla prossima!! I was struck by the professionalism and the attention and care to the customer who is not really around anymore! I had a very negative experience at the Peugeot dealership in Bolzano and being in the area I asked for an appointment to get the service done at the Galbusera dealership. The lady who answered the phone was super nice and was able to satisfy the request in a short time. The owner Angelo welcomed me in a really professional way, to find people like that !!! He was kind, thoughtful and helpful. When I picked up the car it was polished like new !! And they managed to fix a problem with the window by passing it under warranty, when in Bolzano they told me that it had to be replaced and paid for !! I was speechless. An unexpected acquaintance and a fantastic service. This is how customers are treated, certainly in the future I will always turn to them! See you next time !!

Tutto il personale, a partire dal signor Angelo, sono stati molto disponibili a dare spiegazioni e consigli, incredibile attenzione al cliente in tutte le fasi di vendita e di acquisto. Inoltre una cosa molto comoda è il fatto che l’officina sia attaccata al concessionario, con disponibilità di parcheggio. Speriamo che l’auto arrivi presto. Davvero consigliato! I recently bought a car from them and I was really happy with it. All the staff, starting from Mr. Angelo, were very willing to give explanations and advice, incredible attention to the customer at all stages of sale and purchase. Furthermore, a very convenient thing is the fact that the workshop is attached to the dealer, with parking available. We hope the car arrives soon. Really recommended!

Scontato? Non lo so, in teoria tutti i concessionari ufficiali dovrebbero essere in grado di risolvere questo problema quindi fino a qui niente di eccezionale. Tecnicamente e professionalmente no fa una piega PERSONALE PREPARATO. Ciò che è fuori dal mondo è la cordialità, l'accoglienza, il senso di "casa" e quel sentirsi subito come un cliente affezionato "amico". Sono rimasto senza parole e PIACEVOLMENTE COLPITO E STUPITO DI COSI' TANTA E NATURALE EMPATIA CHE SI PERCEPISCE NON SOLO IN ANGELO MA IN TUTTO LO STAFF. Angelo le medesime competenza, cordialità, disponibilità e professionalità che avevo già apprezzato nel 2003, in occasione dell'acquisto di una Peugeot 206 sw da parte della figlia.
